9 Lyrics Dump! Composer: Yin Ng Lyricists: Li Yu, You See-hand Singers: Anthony Ho, Ho Kin, Tong Chi-man, Lam Yin-yi, Peng Rongrong When did the good times end? How much do we know of the past? If you are no longer needed, you would be dumped fast! Let s send you far far away quickly; Don t waste time sealing up with tape; Let s not bother cleaning you; You should end up in a blaze! Long gone, long forgotten; You would eventually be shunned; One piece more, One bit less, the World won t miss you if you are dumped; Let s forget you forever; Let bygones be bygones; Wouldn t it be easier: forget our old favourites, embrace the new ones? Dump-Dump-Dump-Dump-Dump-Dump; Dump-Dump-Dump-Dump-Dump-Dump; Don t pick me, Don t pick me; Here in this shed, an earthquake has cropped up inside; Dump-Dump-Dump-Dump-Dump-Dump; Under a thick layer of dust Iet me hide; Coz once dumped, I could never be found; Coz lying in the dumping site, I could never go for a ride. When did the good times end? How much do we know of the past? One piece more, One bit less, the World won t miss me if I don't last; Glory took one last glance at me, and moved on elsewhere to shine; Lives are full of ups and downs; an epitome of that is mine! Dump-Dump-Dump-Dump-Dump-Dump; Dump-Dump-Dump-Dump-Dump-Dump; Don t pick me, Don t pick me; Here in this shed, an earthquake has cropped up inside; Dump-Dump-Dump-Dump-Dump-Dump; Under a thick layer of dust Iet me hide; I will surely be dumped this time, Why is reality laughing while I cried? If you ask me how much sorrow I have, Just take a look at the overbrimming water flowing east. 9

10 Every Grain with Sweat and Tears Composer: Yin Ng Lyricists: Li Shen, You See-hand Singers: Anthony Ho, Wong Cheuk-wing, Chan Dong-hang, Chung Hei-fan Pick the right day, the soil we prepare; Get up early, the seeds we sow; Green Seedlings, Stay healthy and grow; Tirelessly getting rid of each weed, Oh the back ache, but we are full of pride; We will see our results in a hundred days, When the warm spring arrives. It doesn t matter how tough it is, For a better life we aspire; Look at the stalks dancing in the wind, Think about the harvest, and we will strive; Under the harsh sun, We thrive. In mid-summer, stalks grow taller; Golden rice, comforting aroma; We buy and sell for every penny; But do we get to know if it is tasty? It s time to harvest Sun is sitting in the sky, Sweat is dripping onto the soil; Who knew that on your dinner plate, Is every grain with sweat and tears; It s time to harvest Sun is sitting in the sky, Sweat is dripping onto the soil; Who knew that on your dinner plate, Is every grain with sweat and tears. Without warning, came wind and rain; All our efforts gone down the drain. It doesn t matter how tough it is, For a better life we aspire; Laughing at the darkened sky, we are still young; Let nature be our guide, and we will survive; Under the harsh sun, We thrive. Getting home at sunset, Let s sit down for food we favour; What s behind each grain, We shall tenderly savour. 10
