1 2017 Crusader Youth Football & Cheer Sponsorship Phone: (224) Fax: (847) Dear Business Owner, Please join the Elgin St. Edward Crusaders Pop Warner Football and Cheerleading Association in our fundraising efforts for our 2017 season. Our association is a non-profit organization, which provides football and cheerleading for boys and girls ages This year we will have over 100 children and 40 volunteers participating in our fall season, which officially begin August 1st. This equates to approximately 5 tackle football teams, 2 cheerleading squads. See the following pages for more info and feel free to contact us with any questions.

2 Dear Business Owner, The Organization is proud to continue its full participation in the Little Scholar program, which recognizes and promotes our athletes with above average school grades. Our children make a full time commitment to this sport and are also required to keep their school grades up. Because of your financial support, valuable time that would have been spent fundraising was instead focused on academics and practice. Our philosophy is to develop physical ability as well as maintain above average academic levels. Pop Warner is also pleased to inform you that all children get to play due to our no cut policy. Locating sponsors for our teams becomes more challenging each year and expenses continue to rise. In order to provide our kids with a quality program, we need the support of our community and its businesses. All donations are tax deductible and help support one of the largest youth programs in America. As a sponsor your money will go towards the purchase and certification of football helmets to ensure the meet NOCSE standards for concussion prevention. You money will also go toward offsetting the registration fee for less fortunate students with above average GPAs. Lastly your money will go towards buses for our players for various out of area contest and events. The Elgin St. Edward leading Organization extend their warmest gratitude to all businesses who have been a part of our fundraising efforts, and who continue to help support our Pop Warner teams. Without your donations and support, it would not be possible to provide the quality instruction and equipment our children need to play the game they love. 4 Sponsorship Levels Hall of Fame Sponsors: ($2,000 & up) Each Hall of Fame level sponsor will have their company logo and a link to their company website displayed on the navigation panel of the for the entire season. A team photo plaque along with a framed jersey and league issued helmet in a display case will be provided for display in the sponsor s place of business. A 3x5 corrugated plastic or vinyl sign will also be created to be displayed at each home game. This sign will be given to the business at the conclusion of the season. Each Hall of Fame sponsor will be entitled to one promotional initiative per month which will be facilitated through flyers and mass s to the Crusader families. Hall of Fame sponsors will also be entitled prominent table placement at the Crusader homecoming event. Hall of Fame sponsors will also receive acknowledgment at halftime of each home game. Announcement messages can be modified each week for special promotional messages. Champion Sponsors: ($1,000 - $1,999) Each Champion level sponsor will have their company logo and a link to their company website displayed on the navigation panel of the website for the entire season. A 3x5 corrugated plastic or vinyl sign will also be created to be displayed along the fence line at each home game.
