Gymnasts Oath IN THE NAME OF ALL GYMNASTS I PROMISE THAT WE SHALL TAKE PART IN THE JANNIE JANSEN COMPETITION RESPECTING AND ABIDING BY THE RULES WHICH GOVERN THE COMPETITION, COMMITTING OURSELVES TO A SPORT WITHOUT DOPING AND WITHOUT DRUGS, IN THE TRUE SPIRIT OF SPORTSMANSHIP, FOR THE GLORY OF SPORT AND THE HONOUR OF THE GYMNASTS" Access to the Competition Floor Only authorized persons will be allowed access to the competition floor. Dress Code General warm-up Gymnasts must be dressed in the equivalent of competitive attire, RSA gymnasts as set out in circular received from Cheryl. Please ensure that gymnasts and spotters have removed all jewelry. Spesific warm-up Competitive attire Award Ceremonies Competitive attire Marshalling Gymnasts will be called to the marshalling area. On cue they shall march in, in the competition order, and present themselves before the Chair of the judges panel. Gymnasts must walk in not carrying any bags or loose items. Coaches may bring the gymnasts bags to the waiting area. After receiving instructions from the Chair of judges panel, gymnasts may proceed to the gymnasts waiting area. Gymnasts are asked to remain quiet and considerate of those competing. At the end of the round, gymnasts must please walk out as a group. Difficulty Sheets (competition cards) All difficulty cards to be handed in at the Orientation meeting. No gymnast will be allowed to compete if the competition card is missing. 4
