Each studio has viewing windows.. SHELBYVILLE LOCATION Our BRAND NEW LOCATION is 10,000 square feet with 3 equipped dance rooms, 1 tumbling room, dressing rooms, and a spacious waiting area. Each studio has viewing windows. Communication We want to provide you with the best communication possible. All important information will be provided through , on our website, at our information station in the studio, and on Facebook. All weather closures will be posted on our website and Facebook page. 3 We are very excited to announce our new referral program! When you refer your friends to Style, we will give you a special gift. Your referrals are the biggest compliment we could receive, and we greatly appreciate them! Referral Program Exciting Details: Refer a friend to Style and you will receive a $5 Style Gift Certificate. New student being referred must register for class for current student to receive gift certificate. There is no limit on how many Style Gift Certificates you can receive. New student being referred will receive $5 off their registration fee! Pick up your Referral Coupons at the front desk today! We accept new students through January 31, Referred students must have not been a previous student at Style Dance Academy. Referral is per family. Page 3 Monthly class fees are due the first week of each month. We accept cash, check, money order, or credit card. Please make sure you receive a receipt for all payments. For payment questions, the Office Managers: StyleOfficeManager@ymail.com Monthly Class Fee & Payments FEES: Registration Fee: $30/family Class Fees: $40/month (45 min class) Costume/Recital Fee: $110 first costume $75 each additional costume Costume/Recital Fee includes: costume, accessories, tights (if necessary), and recital venue expenses. Costume/Recital Fee is due January 15, 2015 All dance, acro, and cheer students are invited to participate in our recital held in June. Gymnastics students have their very own Gymnastics Spectacular held during their class time in June. Take 2 classes & get the 3rd class FREE (per student)! 4 Page 4 September Newsletter Fall Fundraiser We are excited to kick off our Fall Fundraiser on September 29th! Who doesn t need trash bags?! 30% of your sales will go directly back to YOU! Pick up your packet today at the front desk. Order forms and money are due back to the front desk by October 30th. All fundraisers are optional, but don t miss out on this great opportunity to help reduce the cost of your class fees, costumes fees, etc. Checks need to be made out to: Style Dance Academy Orders will be in by the end of November. Please join us in the Franklin Fall Festival Parade on Saturday, October 4th. The parade will begin at 1pm. Students need to arrive at Franklin Community Middle School (US 31 & Banta) at 12:15pm. We will look for you to pick up your child at Home Avenue and South Street by the skate park. Franklin Fall Festival Parade The parade is approximately 1.1 miles. Show your Style spirit and wear any Style shirt (black, purple, or yellow) and jeans (long jeans, shorts, capris, etc). All Style students are invited to participate in the Franklin Fall Festival Parade! The younger students will be able to ride in a wagon. Please sign up at the front desk by September 25th. Parents, feel free to ride or walk with us! Dancewerks Regional Workshop Style is honored to host this valuable 2 day dance workshop for our students and students all over the Midwest. Dance professionals from all over the country come right here to our very own studio to teach a wonderful weekend of dance. Class size is limited with hands on instruction. Classes offered: ballet, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, musical theatre, tap, hip hop and more Students participating in the 2 day workshop are eligible for scholarship opportunities. If you would like more information, please see the front desk. Workshop Dates: November 1-2, 2014 Workshop Fees: $175 (includes registration fee) Workshop registration and fee due October 15, 2014.

5 Page 5 Butler Ballet s Nutcracker Auditions Butler Ballet will hold auditions for children s roles in the Nutcracker on Saturday, September 6th at 2:00pm in Studio 310 of Lilly Hall on the Butler University campus. Boy and girl auditioners, ages 6-14, must have ballet training. Dancers may not be taller than 5 feet. Dancers are selected by size, age, and technical ability. Butler Ballet s The Nutcracker will be performed Thursday, December 4 through Sunday, December 7 at Clowes Memorial Hall. Style Student Achievements Each month we will highlight the achievements of our fabulous students in and out of the studio. Many of our students are achieving great things academically, with sports/clubs/other activities, and here at the studio. We want to share those wonderful accomplishments with you!
