Semi-Private: Register online or at front desk for a 30 min ballet evaluation 3. Private Lesson: New students may frontdesk@dancetada.com for a private SUMMER TUITION: Includes a total of 8 active weeks from June 5-July 28 1 Class/week for 8 weeks: $130 total 2 Classes/week for 8 weeks: $200 total 3 Classes/week for 8 weeks: $250 total 4 Classes/week for 8 weeks: $290 total 5 Classes/week for 8 weeks: $330 total 6 Classes/week for 8 weeks: $360 total 7 Classes/week for 8 weeks: $390 total 8 Classes/week for 8 weeks: $440 total Unlimited/week for 8 weeks: $500 total Registration required, but there is no registration fee. Tuition is due in full by June 1st and cannot be pro-rated, nor are absences/missed classes reimbursed. (Each installment is payment towards the whole tuition amount, not payment towards just that month s classes). If paying by installment, then the first & final months tuition is due with registration fee at the time of registration. Payments are drawn automatically via bank draft, which is less expensive than paying by credit card (credit card is 4% more). You can also choose to pay by cash or check. Recital & Registration Fees, Discounts, and Class-Specific Costs: Due at registration: Registration fee, FIRST & LAST month s tuition installment, bank draft & CC info. Registration Fees: $50 first student, and $25 each additional; $100 maximum family Recital Costume Fees: $60 Age 6 & under, and $75 Age 7 & up, due Nov 1st Recital Fee per family: $60 due Feb 1st. Includes 2 free tickets/family. Recital fee waived if taking over 14 classes Photo & Video for Recital and other events: Pricing varies on photo/video packages, and there are some discounts for early purchase 10% additional student tuition discount for immediate family members living in the home (applies to lowest tuition amount) 5% discount for paying a single non-refundable full-year 10 month tuition payment by check Adult Classes: Registration & registration fee required; optional $100 class card for 7 classes available. RAD Classes: Students must pay the National RAD exam fee of $75-$110 (varies) Musical Theater Classes: $50/family per semester performance fee (no recital fee for MT students) Recital Picture Week April 22-27, 2019: Group and individual photos taken this week during your dancer s class time and will be available for purchase. Recital May 18-19, 2019: All classes participate in our recital held at a local theater except for some designated with an asterisk on the class list/schedule. FINANCIAL POLICIES: Parents PLEASE familiarize yourself with these policies, which you must view and confirm that you agree to them at registration: Bank draft required for payment; if bank draft is rejected, payment will be processed via the credit card on file with an additional 4%. Cash/checks also acceptable. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Tuition is divided into 10 equal installments over one school year, August thru May, due on the 1 st of each month based on a min of 31 active weeks classes will be in session due to holidays, breaks, inclement weather, and other interruptions. Tuition does not vary or pro-rate even in the event of absences, holidays, days in the month, etc. and TADA follows the CISD calendar for closures with some exceptions. Missed classes can be made up with office permission within 2 weeks of the missed class; no refunds for missed classes. Dropping a class must be done in writing 30 days in advance, otherwise tuition will be charged on the 1st of that month. Class changes after registration will incur a change fee of $20. Payments made AFTER the 3rd will incur a late fee of $15, and a $35 fee will be applied to all returned checks. Students will be dropped from a class or recital costume withheld for accounts unpaid more than 21 days after due date. Late pick up fee is $1/minute if a child is not picked up within 5 minutes after class. TADA reserves the right to cancel or change the time of a class due to enrollment of less than 5 students. Jazz, Tap, & Other (i.e. musical theater, etc): Girls attire is any color; however for jazz and other related technique classes, attire must be tight-fitting to the body with leggings or shorts, a leotard, or crop top. Recommended Jazz shoes are tan pirouettes in any brand. Tap shoes should be black. Boys may choose to wear dance attire OR more loose-fitting t-shirts, tank tops, shorts or pants, any color, with the corresponding shoes. Musical Theater classes can wear sneakers.
