Our Ninja training program combines military style obstacle courses to develop strength and speed, gymnastics tumbling, and ninja style moves just like what you would see in a video game or in the movies! The sport of Ninja is To move uninterrupted through an environment or series of obstacles with fluidity, prowess, and stealth. To use combinations of skillful spins, rolls, flips, jumps, and kicks to elude an opponent. Our skill curriculum is comprised of a clever combination of gymnastics, martial arts, break dancing and cross-training. Beyond skill our curriculum teaches: - Confidence - Being part of a group - Impulse control For success in school, sport, and life, a child that learns to channel their impulse and energy towards a focused goal will succeed in all endeavors. Parties are available for girls and boys ages 2 years and older with activities geared toward the ages of the children. Package A: Ninja Zone Party: Includes 0 minutes of Ninja Zone obtsacle courses and fun & 0 minutes of open gym time! Package B: Fun & Fit Party: Includes 0 minutes of open gym time & 0 minutes of games, obstacle courses, & more! (1 hour of structured games available upon request.) Package C: Open Gym Party: Includes exciting groups stretches & 1 hour open gym time! Parties include 1 hour in the gym and 0 minutes for you and your guest to open presents and enjoy cake & ice cream in the party room. Each child participating in the birthday party must have a parent / guardian sign the waiver form included in the postcard invitations. Separate waivers are available at the front desk or to print online if you want to use our invitations. A $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required when the reservation is made. The final balance will be paid the day of the party. We accept cash, check or Visa/Mastercard/Discover. If we have not received a deposit 2 weeks before the date of the party and cannot get a hold of you, the spot will not be held due to high demand.
