St. John s game 7:00 pm Saturday, April 7, 2018 Team Dinner - logistics at St. John s $9.00 for each player to eat in the cafeteria or Catered dinner would be $10.50 or option of ordering pizza Two scrimmages in the afternoon for Varsity - April 7, 2018 Martha Jane Magnuson motioned to approve the Booster Club to cover the cost of dinner at St.Johns Tracy Monro Moran second the motion. Plan for a snack for the JV players for them to eat on the bus. (Signup Genius?) (Box lunches) Lance will check with the coach to see if they will have water onsite or if we need to bring our own.

Team Community Service Sheridan Story March 9, 2018 Two hour commitment Martha Jane will finalize and get the details out and players can sign up 5. Dinner Fundraisers? In the past we have held fundraisers at various restaurants and we have earned a percentage of the total that attended Rosemount Lacrosse night. Do we want to 6. Spring Clothing Order 7. Bylaws Committee continue? For example: Canes, Culver s, Carbones Player Packs - should be in the next 3-4 weeks Brian will meet with Jon from General Sports to discuss a spring order online Waiting to receive a check from Partners in Profit Meeting will be held at Tracy Monro Moran s house at 7:00 Take a look at the draft to decide what we have, what we may be missing and the conversation will continue from there. 8. Wall Waiting on plaques. Some interest regarding starting a second plaque. Senior night is our goal to having the wall finished (painting and plaques) 9. Spring Meeting Tuesday, February 27, 2018 Go through the agenda at the next meeting Freshman at 6:15 Introductions, 9/10 dates, team dinners, summer lacrosse (9) :00 (Freshman are encouraged to stay) Introduction,s awards for warriors of winter, baseline testing, captain s practices, tryouts, team selection, team sizes, important dates, Los Tortillas team dinner, pictures, food drive, Martha Jane Magnuson Heather/Shannon Brian /Jeff/Tracy Maria/ Tracy/Julie

Booster Club - Donation Letter 10b. Advertising With each donation a statement that would inform them of what the donation covers Shannon asked if we could create our own Snap Raise - online version and possibly include a video Girls Basketball created their own online using paypal Contact Doug Moran to see if it is something we can create. Invite sponsors to come to a team dinner 11. Winter League Struggled with faceoffs 13. Food Drive Planning At the beginning of the season for team building 12. Captain s Practice Lifting/dome/yoga Yoga starts next week - January 17, 2018 at 2:30 in the Student Center (4 yoga sessions) Numbers are low for lifting on Monday and Fridays Mondays were low for 9th graders so it was replaced with a shooting day Numbers are low and is meeting with the Captain s practice tomorrow (Jan. 10) to try to come up with a way to get more players to come to Captain s practice 12. Helmets Refurb In the process - no update on additional repair cost

Other Kuehn Topics Mike Humble will be running a Saturday wall ball at RMS - May 12, 2018 High Schoolers are encouraged to mentor Speakers: We are need of two speakers : April 23 and May 21 Dean Johnson has a person in mind and will check in with him Team Building Event: April 20, 2018 (Friday - no school day) for a 2 ½ hour session - Rick Raiser will lead the event Martha Jane Magnuson suggested that after the event they can all attend lunch together - remind players Banquet - Check in with Deb Merigold and Diane Zeigler regarding a site to host the banquet Alumni game Thursday, July 26, 2018 (During Leprechaun Days) Spring Meeting - encourage all of us to be there. Get volunteers to sign up, encourage Booster Donations Diane Zeigler will meet with Michelle Korger to teach her how to set up Sign-Up Genius in preparation for her to take over the position 14. Open Board Topics Valley Images - Tracy presented poster from the Basketball Team, along with trading cards (players could sign them and hand them out to youth), and a smaller version size of the poster to give out at Community Night.
