2 SATURDAY MINI SOCCER Saturday mornings in MSC This course is designed to improve your footballing skills. Sessions focus on a variety of drills & skills and encourage a fun environment. We recommend this course for children who are too young to try out for our MFC teams or are keen to improve their skills. This course can also be a feeder programme for the MFC teams. FOUNDATION GYMNASTICS Saturday mornings in Caenwood Hall This course is designed for children aged 4 10 years, classes are held on Friday evenings and Saturday mornings. Our qualified Bri sh gymnas c coaches will aim to introduce your children to a variety of gymnas c rou nes, skills and techniques aimed to improve their core stability, strength, spring and flexibility. GYMNASTICS SQUAD Saturday a ernoons & Wednesday evenings in Caenwood Hall This course is invita on only, in order to join this class your child must be of a high standard and be able to successfully complete mul ple gymnas c moves and rou nes. Please note to join the squad your child must be recommended by one of the MSC coaches. BASKETBALL Saturday mornings in MSC This course caters for ages 6 15 and are split into two classes. The course focuses on hand eye co ordina on, balance, speed, agility and strength. Our coaches concentrate on embracing the importance of team ethos and ensure everyone feels welcome and are given the opportunity to develop their skills.

3 SATURDAY NETBALL CLUB Saturday a ernoons in MSC The Netball Club is a designated open session for girls looking to develop their basic ball skills and understanding of the game. Girls in this session will enjoy a fun and compe ve atmosphere with coaching designed to suit their needs. Saturday a ernoons in MSC TRAMPOLINING This course offers children who are interested in trampolining the opportunity train and develop. Trampolining is great for endurance, strength, agility, rhythm, balance and co ordina on. Saturday a ernoons in Caenwood Hall BALLET The Saturday Ballet programme at Caenwood Hall is invita on only. In order to join this class children must be able to meet the high standards of Miss Alison (MSC Ballet Teacher). If your child wishes to try out for this course please contact a member of the MSC team. SUNDAY Sunday mornings in MSC KARATE Karate is one of Mallinsons longest running term me courses. It brings discipline and structure, whilst ensuring children have fun, enjoy being part of a ght knit team, and acquire a knowledge of the techniques taught. Sunday mornings in MSC CRICKET This is a new course which will be coached by experienced level 2 cricket coaches. The course will offer children a good understanding of bowling, ba ng, fielding and wicket keeping prac ses. The course is ideal for children who wish to develop their Cricket skills as well as their knowledge and understanding of the game.

4 TRAMPOLINING Sunday A ernoon in MSC Due to popular demand the Mallinson trampolining class will also be available on Sunday a ernoons, this is an excellent sport for strength, balance, flexibility and agility, a course we highly recommend. Girls enjoy fast paced sessions focussed on compe ve training and match play. Child must be recommended by MSC coaches. WEDNESDAY NETBALL DEVELOPMENT CLUB The Development Club is an opportunity for girls looking to improve on their key skills and tac cal understanding. Here we provide opportuni es to experience the variety of posi ons to allow girls to develop a well rounded technique. Your child must be recommended by one of the MSC coaches.

One can approach it with the purpose of mere enjoyment or a empt to pursue it to a standard of excellence with the a ainment of equal recognized examina ons and performance experience. NETBALL INTERMEDIATE ACADEMY Thursday evenings in MSC The Intermediate Squad will train together to develop fundamental principles as well as tac cal understanding and knowledge of the game. Our aim is to use this group as a feeder group for the Academy and it is the third stage in our coaching programme. Your child must be recommended by one of the MSC coaches. FRIDAY FOUNDATION GYMNASTICS Friday a ernoons in Caenwood Hall This gymnas cs class is designed for beginners, children will learn basic gymnas c rou nes. Coaches will concentrate on improving the children's balance, coordina on, flexibility and strength. Children will also earn basic gymnas c rou nes. GYMNASTICS CLUB Friday a ernoons in Caenwood Hall This class is for intermediate students, children will learn addi onal rou nes to the founda on class. Coaches will aim to teach children to learn handstands, somersaults, hand springs and how to vault. This class is ideal for anyone who wishes to progress with their gymnas cs. Your child must be recommended by one of the MSC coaches.

6 BOOKING CONDITIONS Eligibility for courses is taken by age at the start of the course. All of our courses are governed by numbers attending and therefore cannot be guaranteed. MSC reserves the right to cancel/postpone a course at any time without notice being served. All session times are inclusive. MSC cannot accept responsibility for your child outside of the stated times. CANCELLATION POLICY We do not issue refunds other than for medical reasons. If your child is unable to attend the course on which he/she is booked owing to illness or injury, you will be entitled to a refund to the full value of your booking on receipt of a relevant Doctor s note. If you cancel for any other reason a Credit Note will be issued with the following conditions: If you cancel more than 2 weeks prior to the start of the course a Credit Note for 75% of the value of your booking will be issued. If you cancel less than 2 weeks prior to the start of the course a Credit Note for 50% of the value of your booking will be issued. If you cancel less than 5 days prior to the start of the course we will be UNABLE to issue a Credit Note. This Credit Note must be produced for any subsequent booking, and is valid for one year from date of issue. Credit Notes are not transferable.
