Check with our office on your requirements. > Dancer drop off begins 45 minutes prior to show time. No dancer can be dropped off or left unattended prior to dancer drop off. > Backstage moms and volunteers may arrive one hour prior to show time. > CDA begins our performances exactly on time and can not delay a show start time for any late or missing dancers. > All dancers are to be dropped off at the dancer drop off door down the 1500 hallway. > Dance parents of students ages 3 yr- 5th grade will receive a security card at dancer drop off. This security card will be required to pick up the dancer after the show. For the safety of our dancers, no one is allowed backstage without a security card. > Out of respect for our dancers, we kindly ask that you limit dancer drop off and pick up to one female parent or guardian. Please, no Dad s or brothers backstage! > All drop off and pick up information will be reviewed at dress rehearsal. CDA staff and volunteers will be available to assist you any time! > All performers take part in the final bows at the conclusion of the performance. If you need to pick up your dancer during intermission, please be sure to make arrangements with our backstage coordinator prior to the show. > Doors to the theater open 20 minutes prior to show time. You must have a ticket to enter. Children ages 3 and under do not require a ticket if they can sit in a parent s lap throughout the show without blocking the view of the seat behind them. > Label all dance attire and costumes. All dancers in your child s class will have the same costume, shoes, tights, etc. Be proactive by labeling all items to ensure they get returned correctly. > Backstage moms and volunteers will assist in changing students in multiple performances. > Handicap patrons can find our security directors in the lobby should they need extra assistance in entering the theater.

5 Online Ticket Sales (In-House Only - Performers Only): Saturday, May 9th at 3:00 pm *Promo codes are required to receive your discount for complimentary tickets. Online Ticket Sales (Open to Anyone): Sunday, May 10th at 12:00 am Ticket Notes: Promo codes are available for pickup in late April at CDA s main location (419 Tribble Gap Rd). An will be sent to notify you when promo codes are available for pick up. Please note there is a 5 ticket limit per show (including your two complimentary tickets per dancer) on the first day of ticket sales. Beginning May 10th, you can go online and purchase as many additional tickets as you need. Tickets are available on a first come, first serve basis. You will select your seats when purchasing tickets and will be expected to sit in your assigned seats at the show.
