That s why we spent years collecting and quantifying data related to the ergonomics of the human body. We have implemented that into our new full body harness sizing program - perfecting the fit, form and function in our products. SHOULDER STRAP Measure from 3 inches left of navel. Upward over left shoulder towards lower right side of back. WAIST Measure the circumfrence around the waist just under the navel.
