2 Provisional Itinerary July 28, 2014 Pre-trip meeting with Sebastian. MUST BRING ALL EQUIPMENT FOR INSPECTION August 5, 2014 Meet Sebastian at the school at 8am to pack up the van. Take the 11am ferry Drive to Squamish. Set up Camp at Campground (TBA) August 5-8, 2012 Climbing in Squamish with Sebastian o 2.5 days of climbing in the Smoke bluffs and Plan B August 9, 2012 Return to The Boulders

Or by phone at Female Chaperone - TBA Course Description Total Estimated Cost - $600/person + Tax Includes all transportation, food, accommodation and guiding. A great course that will open your eyes to a new world of outdoor climbing. No previous outdoor experience necessary, only perquisite is you must know how to belay. We will start in Squamish and will review climbing fundamentals such as Top Rope Safety Systems, Belaying, Rappelling and of course, a lot of climbing. We will be camping in the Squamish area. Day one and two will be spent in the Smoke Bluffs, a local cliff based right in Squamish. Here the kids will get to try slab and crack climbing, two forms that can be very different from indoor climbing. The 3 rd day will be spent at Plan B, a small crag located just north of Squamish. This area provides more face climbing, more similar to the style of indoor climbing. DURATION: 4 DAYS (3DAYS/SQUAMISH) This course will include a Pre-Trip Session a week prior where the guide will discuss Trip Planning: Clothing, Food and Equipment requirements

5 EQUIPMEMT LIST Personal gear of every participant (not included in the price) Outer layer jacket with hood - Gore-Tex style Outer layer waterproof pants or bibs, full-zip legs are ideal - Gore-Tex style Lightweight thermal layers - top & bottom, Capilene, etc. Climbing/hiking pants Gloves (medium weight) - wool or poly-pro (2 pr) Waterproof gloves or mitts w/removable liners Warm parka/jacket - down, synthetic, fleece or pile (1) Sweater or vest - wool, synthetic, fleece or down (1) Toque Sunglasses Headlamp with extra set of batteries and extra bulb Personal eating utensils - cup, bowl, spoon, etc Personal 1st aid Personal items: o Toiletries (Tooth brush, shampoo, soap, tooth paste) o Towel o Min. 4 t-shirt (2 non cotton) o Long sleeve t-shirts o Shorts o Min. 5 underwear o Min. 8 pairs of socks (2 wool, 2 non cotton) o Sandals/Hut shoes o Sunscreen o Water bottles/hydration system - minimum 1 l o Thermos for hot drinks o Knife - Swiss army style o Camping gear (tents, stoves, sleeping bag and mats) *Technical personal gear: Climbing harness - seat harness only Helmet 3 locking carabiners 1 belay device PACKING SUGGESTIONS 1 Day pack litres: This will be used for the day trips of sport climbing in Squamish. Hiking/ Approach Shoes boots: These need to closed toed and have good support.
