Each team will be allowed to register: up to 3 Team Managers - 1 pass up to 6 Medicals - 2 passes up to 6 Coaches - 2 passes Please include also the cell phone number of the Team Manager this is very important so the organisers can let you know about any important changes. Very Important: those competitors whose Federation has not applied for a 2011 International Licence will not allowed to compete. DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION: p.m. GMT, 15th of May 2011

2 PRIZES: According to the IFSC Standard ( Lead, Boulder, Speed and Overall) a special prize of 500,00 will be paid if a new World Record in Speed and Team Speed is declared by the IFSC Duel Competition prizes are the following: 1st 2.600,00/2nd 1.600,00/3rd 900,00/4th 600,00/ 5th 500,00/ 6th 400,00/ 7th 300,00/ 8th 200,00/ from 9th to 16th 100,00. Duel competition will be reserved to the first athletes ( 16 male+16 female) in lead competition, Attention: Please be aware that under Italian law it is no longer possible to pay any prize money in cash. The Organising Committee can only pay by bank transfer. Please bring with you IBAN Code ( or equivalent) and BIC ( or SWIFT ) code and passport. VISA: Participants from some countries are requested to obtain a visa to enter Italy : FASI will issue an invitation letter for the visa application upon the NF request to office@arco2011.it. Please send the request not later than 30th of April to allow for processing time

3 TRAVEL DETAILS: plane the nearest airports are Verona, Milano, Venice, Munich, from the airport you have to take a shuttle to the train station. By train you will reach Rovereto and Arco. A special shuttle - for free - can be organized, upon request, from Verona Airport to Arco at the following dates: Thursday 14 of July Friday 15 of July Tuesday 19 of July if you need it, please send a request to: office@arco2011 we need a minimum number of 8 people for this service, so it will be possible that the shuttle must wait for other flights. train for those travelling by train the nearest railway station is Rovereto ( on the Verona / Innsbruck line), which is 20 kms from Arco. The exit is Rovereto Sud / Lago di Garda nord, then drive direction Riva del Garda, and in the village of Nago you follow the right to Arco.

4 Accomodation Due to the holiday period we recommend to book your accommodation well in advance. The official booking agency - RIVATOUR - has a contingent of rooms at a special price. We invite all the teams to book their hotel through RIVATOUR using the attached form. Deadline for reservation: May 15, After this date it will not be possible to ensure accomodation. Important: a shuttle service will run to and from the official hotels, parking car will not allowed in the area of the Climbing Stadium. Registration is compulsory for all Teams but if for any unforseeable reason (for example a flight delay) a Team might be late for Registration it is compulsory that they send an SMS message to the IFSC Delegate as soon as possible.
