THE BIGGER SPIN Event (the Final Event ) is governed by the Rules Respecting Lottery Games (the General Rules ) of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (the Corporation ) which are available upon request and contain additional rules and regulations that apply to the Final Event and LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. 2. These game conditions (hereinafter referred to as the Rules ) govern the conduct of the Final Event(s) related to all $10 THE BIGGER SPIN Instant ticket game(s) that are conducted and managed by the Corporation. Unless otherwise noted, these Rules operate as separate and distinct from any game conditions contained on any THE BIGGER SPIN Instant tickets and vice versa. 3. Words used in these Rules which are used in the General Rules shall have the same meaning as those used in the General Rules. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Rules and the General Rules, the General Rules shall govern. 4. The Final Event and the associated THE BIGGER SPIN Instant ticket are available in Ontario, Canada. ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE 5. In order to participate in the Final Event and/or be eligible to receive all or part of a Prize (personally or as a member of a Group), a player must: GAME PARTICIPATION meet all applicable eligibility requirements as contained in the General Rules; be the lawful bearer of a winning $10 THE BIGGER SPIN Instant ticket that qualifies such bearer to participate in the Final Event pursuant to the game conditions contained thereon; prior to participating in the Final Event, have participated in any investigation conducted by the Corporation and satisfied the Corporation that he/she is the lawful bearer of the $10 THE BIGGER SPIN Instant ticket and is entitled, and will remain entitled, to any Prize; have initiated the prize claim prior to the expiry of the relevant $10 THE BIGGER SPIN Instant ticket referenced in Rule 5(b); and have otherwise complied with the General Rules in all respects. 6. A player may participate in the Final Event in one of three (3) ways, as outlined in Rules 7 to Spin - to participate using this method: -1-

2 a player will be provided three (3) chances to complete a single valid spin (herein referred to as a Spin ). A valid Spin consists of at least three (3) full three-hundred and sixty degree (360 ) rotations of The Bigger Spin Wheel (the Wheel ) in a downward direction, as determined by the Corporation. After the player has completed his/her first valid Spin, he/she will not be provided any more chances to Spin. Any Spin that is not a valid Spin is deemed to be void and shall not result in any entitlement to a Prize; the start position of the Wheel will be determined by a ball draw. The Corporation will conduct three (3) separate ball draws using a lotto draw ball machine located at the Prize Centre, and the first ball drawn in each separate draw shall correspond to the start position of the Wheel for each Spin in accordance with Rule 15. Any ball drawn to determine a start position for the Wheel will be reloaded into the lotto draw ball machine prior to the next draw. All draws will be conducted using the full set of 20 balls in accordance with Rule 15; for the purposes of determining the start position of the Wheel, each Prize denomination on the Wheel will contain a corresponding number for each ball in the lotto ball draw machine, in accordance with Rule 15. The player may request to see the number associated with each Prize denomination on the Wheel prior to beginning his/her Spin; the Prize to which the player is entitled shall be determined by the final resting place of the Wheel at the end of the first valid Spin. The Wheel is deemed to have reached the final resting place when it comes to a complete stop and the Corporation declares the Spin complete. If for any reason the Wheel moves after the Corporation has declared the Spin complete, the position of the Wheel at the time the Corporation declared the Spin to be complete shall be deemed as the final resting place of the Wheel; and in the event a player does not complete a valid Spin after three (3) attempts, the Ball Draw method shall be used to determine a player s entitlement to a Prize. 8. Ball Draw to participate using this method: if a player is unable to participate using the Spin method for reasons of disability or infirmity, he/she may elect to have his/her final Prize determined by ball draw (herein referred to as a Ball Draw ), or a player may be required to proceed with the Ball Draw method pursuant to Rule 7(e), or a Group may elect to proceed with a Ball Draw in accordance with Rule 12; the Corporation will conduct one (1) Ball Draw using a lotto draw ball machine to determine the player s entitlement to a Prize; and the first ball drawn from the lotto draw ball machine shall determine a player s entitlement to a Prize in accordance with Rule Default Win if a player is unable or unwilling to designate a Proxy, and/or unable or unwilling to attend the Prize Centre, or if a Group has elected to participate by means of a default win (herein referred to as a Default Win ), he/she/the Group may either: -2-

3 elect to accept the lowest Prize denomination as outlined in Rule 13. The player shall have no right to any other Prize resulting from a Final Event; or elect to have the Corporation conduct a Ball Draw on his/her/the Group s behalf. The results of this Ball Draw will be final and binding on the player; and any such election shall be in writing in a form prescribed by the Corporation. If a Group makes such an election, each member of the Group must agree and is required to authorize such election in writing. 10. Proxy subject to the Corporation s approval, if a player or Group is unable to participate using the Spin method for reasons of disability or infirmity, or if he/she/the Group is unable or unwilling to attend the Prize Centre, he/she/the Group may make a written election to have a Proxy to act on his/her/the Group s behalf. A Proxy: shall have no entitlement to any Prize resulting from the Final Event and may be required to execute a release indicating the same prior to participation in the Final Event; will participate in a Spin in the place of the designator(s), and the result of such Spin shall be final and binding on the designator(s) of the Proxy; must not be a related party and must otherwise meet the eligibility requirements applicable to a player as contained in the General Rules; and the Proxy may not exercise the election to participate through the Ball Draw method, and such election may only be made by the designator. A Proxy must be 18 years of age or older, and must not be an employee of the Corporation. 11. The Ball Draw and/or Spin(s) will take place at a date and time designated by the Corporation. Subject to Rule 9, in order to participate through the Ball Draw or Spin method, the player or Proxy must attend the OLG Prize Centre located at 20 Dundas Street West, Toronto, Ontario (herein referred to as the Prize Centre ) unless otherwise specified by the Corporation. GROUP PLAY 12. If a THE BIGGER SPIN Instant ticket that meets the requirement contained in Rule 5(b) was purchased by or issued to more than one individual (a Group ), the members of the Group shall either: select a single representative to participate in a Spin (a Designate ). Once selected, the Designate may not be changed; elect to have final Prize determined by Ball Draw; or elect to participate through a Default Win; and each member of the Group is deemed to represent and warrant to the Corporation that there are no additional members of the Group that may make a claim to entitlement to a Prize and all members of the Group must, prior to participating in the Final Event, execute a release confirming the selection of a Designate and/or his/her election and that the result of such Designate s Spin, Default Win, or the Ball Draw shall be final and binding on all members of the Group. -3-

STARTING POSITION FOR THE WHEEL AND BALL DRAW PRIZES 15. 5 MISCELLANEOUS 16. If for any reason the Corporation determines that the Ball Draw mechanism or the Wheel has malfunctioned or is likely to malfunction due to a technical failure, ambiguous Spin result, or otherwise, the Corporation may either (i) declare any Spin or Ball Draw void and require the player or Proxy to participate via Ball Draw or Spin; or (ii) postpone the completion of a Ball Draw or Spin until such time as it determines that the Ball Draw mechanism and Wheel has been restored to proper functioning order. Any decision made pursuant to this Rule shall be final and binding and without any right of appeal. 17. The Corporation may amend these Rules at any time and in any manner. 18. The headings in these Rules are for convenience of reference only and do not affect the interpretation of these Rules. 19. Wherever these Rules allow a Player or Group to make an election with respect to the method of participation, and no such election is made by the date that the relevant THE BIGGER SPIN Instant ticket expires as noted thereon, or if no extension is requested by the player or Group and granted by the Corporation, the player or Group shall be deemed to have irrevocably elected the lowest Prize denomination as outlined in Rule All monetary denominations are in Canadian dollars (CAD). 21. The terms Proxy, player, Group, and Designate are interchangeable as context requires. 22. If any section of these Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed to be stricken and the remainder of these Rules shall continue in full force and effect as far as is practicably possible. 23.
