2 WOMEN S U21 ARCH CRICKET TOURNAMENT SRI LANKA Sport Arabia Worldwide is seeking expressions of interest in relation to a Women s U21 ARCH Cricket tournament to be held in Sri Lanka in The inaugural event will take place either in February half-term or during Easter 2017 with interested teams asked to indicate their preference for dates asap. Teams from around the world have been invited to take part in an extension of the successful tournaments that Sport Arabia Worldwide already hold in the UAE every two years. Matches will be played at a combination of school/club/international venues across Sri Lanka. The basic tournament package is based on 8 nights accommodation, but teams have the opportunity to extend their trip in order to stay longer and take in more of this beautiful country, including additional friendly matches and excursions. The tournament will include free days giving every team time off to explore the stunning surroundings of the host nation and a wide and varied list of downtime options is available. All teams will also have the option of getting involved in some Charity work at worthwhile causes in Sri Lanka as part of their tour.

3 Proposed Itinerary Day 1 Arrive at the Colombo International Airport. Upon arrival you will meet your Sport Arabia Worldwide liaison officer who will welcome you and assist you to your coach. Thereafter you will proceed to your hotel in Hikkaduwa for check-in. In the afternoon proceed to the grounds for a two hour practice session. Dinner and overnight stay at your hotel in Hikkaduwa Day 2 After breakfast at the hotel proceed to your grounds in Hikkaduwa for your 1st game. Pre-packed lunch will be served at the match venue. Dinner and overnight stay at your hotel in Hikkaduwa Day 3 After breakfast at the hotel proceed to your grounds in Hikkaduwa for your 2nd game. Pre-packed lunch will be served at the match venue. 4 Proposed Itinerary Continued Day 4 Breakfast at the hotel. Day at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay at your hotel in Hikkaduwa Day 5 Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Thereafter you will head to Colombo the commercial Capital of Sri Lanka. You will proceed to check in to your hotel in Colombo. In the afternoon enjoy a City tour of Colombo. Option Dinner at Cricket Club Café Dinner and overnight stay at your hotel in Colombo Day 6 After breakfast at the hotel proceed to your grounds in Colombo for your 3rd game. Pre-packed lunch will be served at the match venue. Dinner and overnight stay at your hotel in Colombo

Dinner and overnight stay at your hotel in Colombo Day 8 FINALS After breakfast at the hotel proceed to your grounds in Colombo for the Final of the Tournament. Pre-packed lunch will be served at the match venue. 7 Price The price is 1650 per person, and is based on the following: 16 players and 2 free of charge staff per team * Return flights, visas, and Security of our ATOL bonding for teams from the UK Includes Personalised welcome at the Colombo International Airport Service of an English speaking national guide throughout the tour All transfers in an air conditioned tourist coach throughout the tour 08 Nights accommodation in 3 star category hotels specified above or of similar standard Daily buffet breakfast & Dinner (Based on the chosen basis) Return transfers to match venue Ground arrangements for 4 cricket matches and 1 practice session (1 encounter at a Test Venue) Match umpires and ground staff for each encounter 3 Litres of mineral drinking water to each player of the visiting and local teams on match days Lunch is included on Match Days Guided excursions in Colombo & Galle All applicable taxes Each team will get at least one fixture in an International venue as well as the Final which will also be played at a Test Match ground * The numbers are flexible but this will affect pricing.
