1 Conditions of Entry - FOX SPORTS Cricket Streaker (Promotion) 1. Information on how to enter and how to play form part of these Conditions of Entry. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Conditions of Entry. Any entry not complying with these Conditions of Entry is deemed invalid. 2. The Promoter is FOX SPORTS Australia Pty Limited (ABN ) of 4 Broadcast Way, Artarmon NSW 2064 (Promoter). How to enter 3. Any person is permitted to participate in the Promotion; however, only permanent residents of Australia are eligible to win a prize. The officers, management and employees (and immediate family members of officers, management and employees) of the Promoter, ipowwow, and their related corporations and associated agencies are not eligible to enter the Promotion. 4. The Promotion commences at 1:00pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) on 26 December 2018 and closes at 7:30pm AEDT on 17 February 2019 (Promotion Period). To enter, participants must download the latest version of the Fox Cricket app on ios and / or Google Play, and register via the Streaker tab as part of the Cricket Clubhouse section of the app by completing all required registration fields, including the participant's first name, last name, date of birth, and address. Participants must be able to verify their first name, last name and date of birth by providing their identification and proof of age if requested by the Promoter under paragraph 8. If a participant is not able to verify their first name, last name and date of birth as submitted during the registration process, the participant's account will not be registered as eligible for prizing. Each participant is entitled to register only one account in the Promotion. If the Promoter determines that a participant has registered more than one account in the Promotion, all additional accounts that the participant registered after the first-registered account will be deleted. 5. Once registered for the Promotion, participants must participate according to the Cricket Streaker rules as set out below. How to play a) Cricket Streaker To participate in the Promotion, a participant must answer a series of consecutive trivia questions related to the game of cricket in order to create a Streak. For each question a participant answers correctly, their Streak increases. If a participant answers a question

2 incorrectly, their Streak ends and their Streak will be the number of consecutive questions they answered correctly before submitting an incorrect answer. b) Deadline A new Daily Game opens each day from the commencement of the Promotion. Each Daily Game contains two rounds of ten trivia questions being released to be answered in real-time (each a Round). To attempt to answer all questions in a Round, a participant must commence answering questions at the exact Daily Game Round time listed below for each Round, as each question is only available to be answered for a limited period of time. Any such changes will be available via the Fox Cricket app. Participants are advised to review the Fox Cricket app regularly to ensure that they keep up to date with any changes. d) Scoring Cricket Streaker Points are awarded to a participant for their consecutive correct answers to trivia questions, based on the calculations below: i. One (1) Cricket Streaker Point will be awarded for a correct answer to the first question in the Round of trivia questions.

4 ii. An additional one (1) Cricket Streaker Point will be awarded for each consecutive correct answer to the subsequent questions in the Round of trivia questions. iii. No Cricket Streaker Points will be awarded for any skipped trivia question. iv. If a participant incorrectly answers a trivia question, their Cricket Streaker Point score for that particular Round of trivia questions will be reset to 0. v. A participant s total Cricket Streaker Point score for the Promotion will be the sum of their Cricket Streaker Point scores for each Round of trivia questions. vi. If a Round of trivia is cancelled, abandoned, not completed or not played for any reason and/or a result not officially declared within three (3) days after the date the Daily Game was originally scheduled to be played, all participants will be awarded zero (0) Cricket Streaker Point for that Round. If a participant registers for the Promotion at any time after the commencement of the first Daily Game, then the participant s Streak score for the Daily Games that have been completed as at the time of registration will be 0. e) Prizes A total of 55 prizes will be awarded in the Cricket Streaker Promotion: o 54 Top Daily Game Streaker Prizes (one for each Daily Game); and o 1 Overall Prize. Top Daily Game Streaker Prizes: Each participant who scores the highest number of Streaker Points (out of all participants in the Promotion) for an individual Daily Game will win a Fox Cricket Bat and Ball, signed by Andrew Symonds, valued at A$ The maximum value of all Top Daily Game Score Prizes (54 x A$100.00) is A$5,400. For the avoidance of doubt, the winner of a Daily Game is not the participant with the highest cumulative total Streaker Points up to the end of that Game Period; rather, the participant with the highest number of Streaker Points during that individual Daily Game. Highest Total Streak Points score for that Day; and (if required) ii. first participant to register their details for the Promotion on the Fox Cricket app, as determined by the Promoter. Overall Prize The participant with the highest total number of Streak Points (out of all participants in the Promotion) at the end of the Promotion Period will win A$10, The maximum value of the Overall Prize is A$10, The Overall Prize winner will be determined at 09:30am AEDT on 25 February 2019 at the office of Fox Sports at 4 Broadcast Way, Artarmon NSW The Overall Prize winner will be notified in writing on 25 February 2019 and their name will be published on the Streaker section of the Fox Cricket app and at on 27 February 2019, for a minimum of 28 days. In the event of a tied result for the winner of the Overall Prize, the tie-breaks set out below will be applied (in order) by the Promoter in its sole discretion until the Overall Prize winner is determined: iii. Highest Total Streak Points score for the Promotion; and (if required) iv. first to register their details for the Promotion on the Fox Cricket app, as determined by the Promoter. The Overall Prize will be provided to the winner via electronic funds transfer. The Promoter will request the Overall Prize winner s relevant bank details when the prize winner is notified. The Promoter accepts no liability for prizes lost in transit if a prize winner supplies incorrect bank account details. 6. The total prize pool is valued at A$15, If a prize is unclaimed by 5:00pm AEDT on 25 May 2019, it will be awarded to the participant with the next highest number of Streaker Points (in the case of an unclaimed Top Round Score Prize or Overall Prize), subject in all cases to the applicable tie-breaks set out in paragraph 5 above and to the written directions from State regulatory bodies. The unclaimed prize winners, if any, will be notified in writing on 1 June 2019 and the name of the unclaimed Overall Prize winner will be published on the Streaker section of the Fox Cricket app on 3 June 2019, for a minimum of 28 days.

7 8. Each participant agrees to provide the Promoter or the Promoter s authorised agent with identification and proof of age if requested by the promoter. The form of identification and/or proof of age are at the discretion of the Promoter. If a prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent/guardian on their behalf. 9. If for any reason a prize winner does not take an element of the prize on the conditions stipulated by the Promoter, that element of the prize will be forfeited. 10. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. Prizes must be taken as offered. 11. Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from winning or receiving the prize and should seek independent financial and taxation advice prior to accepting a prize. Prize winners are responsible for all taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as consequence of receiving a prize. 12. If for any reason this Cricket Streaker Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus or bugs, line drop out, tampering, technical failure, emergency, disaster or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Cricket Streaker Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Cricket Streaker Promotion subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. 13. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or who, in the opinion of Promoter, engages in conduct which is or may be fraudulent, misleading, offensive or may infringe the rights of any third party. Entries that are not genuine or are incomplete, late or in any way fraudulent will be declared void. 14. The Promoter, their respective related corporations and associated agencies (and any of their personnel) exclude all liability for any claim, loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of data or other information or loss of services) during the course of entering and participating in this Cricket Streaker Promotion, other than any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or for any technical difficulties or periods of unavailability of the entry mechanism during the Promotion Period. 15. The Promoter will not be liable for any legal action arising out of any user, team or league name which may be defamatory or offensive or may infringe the rights of any third party. Any participant who uses a user, team or league name which is subsequently found to be defamatory

8 or offensive or to infringe any third party's rights in any way will indemnify the Promoter, its agents, contractors and related companies from any legal action, claim or dispute arising in relation thereto. The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, refuse or remove a user, team or league which the Promoter considers to be defamatory or offensive or which may infringe the rights of any third party. 16. By entering the Cricket Streaker Promotion, the participant understands and agrees that the Promoter may use and disclose the participant's personal information to a third party to assist in conducting the Cricket Streaker Promotion and communicating with the participant in relation to special offers from the Promoter and its related entities. Without limiting the foregoing, each participant acknowledges and agrees that the Promoter may use and display the participant's name on websites showing the participant's position in the various leagues in the Cricket Streaker Promotion. Participants acknowledge that the Promoter may share a participant's personal information with the Promoter's Australian and foreign related entities which may contact the participant with marketing messages and special offers. If a participant elects to receive information from third parties, the Promoter may also disclose the participant's personal information for that purpose. Without limiting the foregoing, the Promoter may also disclose a participant s personal information to third parties for the purposes outlined above. The Promoter is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Participants may find out more about how the Promoter collects, uses and discloses personal information by reading the Promoter's Privacy Policy, which is available at Participants may access the personal information the Promoter holds about them by writing to the Promoter at the address set out below. If the Promoter limits or denies an entrant access to their personal information in certain circumstances, the Promoter will tell the entrant why access was limited or denied. 9 ii. participate in a promotional shoot in connection with the Cricket Streaker Promotion; b. The Promoter may use the winner's name, image, comments, photographs or clips (Materials) for publicity and promotional purposes in any form of media, without reference or compensation to the winner or any other person; c. the Promoter may use, reproduce, edit and communicate to the public the Materials at any time in any form of media; d. the Promoter may license, authorise or otherwise transfer the rights in the Materials to others to do the same; and e. the winner unconditionally and irrevocably consents to any act or omission that would otherwise infringe any of their moral rights in the Materials and waives all moral rights in the Materials that arise outside Australia. 18. In the event that there is a dispute concerning the conduct of this Cricket Streaker Promotion, including in relation to an answer to a trivia questions, the Promoter's decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. 19. It is the participant's responsibility to inform the Promoter of their residential address, address or their daytime telephone number if any of these details change during the Promotion Period. 20.
