All our events are professionally managed by Surrey County Cricket Club staff and caterers who will ensure your day runs smoothly. Hire of the Kia Oval allows you exclusive access to the inner sanctum of Surrey County Cricket Club including the Members Long Room and the Players Dressing Room as used by the Surrey and England Players. 4 match day format There are two options available when holding private match days at the Kia Oval. 11-a-side match day for two teams of 11 to play a limited overs match; includes full catering package for 30 guests. 6-a-side competition for 12 teams of six players competing in a five overs-aside tournament; includes a full catering package for 72 guests. Both come with a full catering package will be served throughout the day in the Long Room which is located in the historic Members Pavilion. All catering is provided by our award winning caterers and a sample menu is provided in this brochure. The catering will include: Tea, coffee and bacon rolls on arrival BBQ or buffet lunch Traditional afternoon tea optional extras The following can also be arranged at an additional cost to add extra value to the day: Branded cricket shirts with players names and numbers on the back Cricket bats and equipment from our retail store A professional or retired cricketer to attend the day and prize giving The event to be filmed and a DVD produced after the event Option to invite additional non-playing guests for dining Cancellation insurance in case of wet weather (recommended) 5 Floodlit Match 6
