1 Terms and Conditions Christmas Cracker! Promotional Period 1. The Christmas Cracker! promotion ( Promotion ) commences at 10am on Wednesday October 29, 2014 and ends at the final grand prize draw on Sunday 21 December, Eligibility 2. In order to participate in the Promotion, persons must be 18 years of age or over. 3. Patrons who are suspended or excluded, including self exclusion, from Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd are not eligible to participate. 4. If the entry of a suspended or excluded person is drawn from the virtual barrel, the entry is deemed to be null and void and a re-draw will be conducted. 5. Broncos Leagues Club board of directors are not eligible to enter the promotion or win. 6. Unfinancial members of Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd including those that have not renewed, board of directors, management, employees of Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd and related corporations including their advertising agencies are not eligible to enter the promotion or win. 7. The immediate families, of the above mentioned, are also not eligible to enter the promotion or win, except in regard to employees when only the immediate families of employees who are directly involved with conducting the promotion are not eligible to enter the promotion or win. Entry 8. Current 2014/15 members of Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd who play Broncos Leagues Club gaming machines with their membership card inserted will receive one (1) prize draw ticket to enter the Promotion with any win of $10 or more at any one time on Broncos Leagues Club gaming machines during the promotion period. 9. Current 2014/15 members of Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd who spend $20 or more at any one time in Broncos Leagues Club dining or bars including The Buffet, 88 Restaurant Café and Bar, Alfie s Bar, or Auditorium Bar using your 2014/15 membership card from October 29 through until December 21, 2014, a prize draw ticket will automatically register as an electronic ticket in the barrel giving you a chance to win. 10. Virtual prize draw tickets will be issued by Max E-Draw and automatically placed in the major prize e-barrel.

Members are required to activate their electronic tickets for each minor or grand prize draw by either swiping their membership card at a Member Kiosk, inserting in an EGM, or using card at the Point of Sale from two (2) hours prior to the advertised from draw time on each prize draw day. 12. A computer setup in Alfie s Bar will be used to conduct the draw. 13. Christmas Cracker! will be selected and draws conducted using the virtual barrel on Max E-Draw. 14. The draw will be presented via a minimum of one television in each area of the Club. It will show how much time is remaining for the winner to claim their prize. 15. A malfunction of the Max E-Draw system voids issue of virtual prize draw tickets until it is attended to by Max Gaming. Minor Prize Draws 16. The minor prize draws will take place at the main draw location in Alfie s Bar/Gaming Cashier at Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd on Thursday November 6, 13, 20 & 27 and Thursday December 4, 11 & 18 at 6pm, 6.45pm, 7.30pm and 8.15pm. 17. At each minor prize draw a total of four winners will be selected; one at each of the times stated. 18. Each selected name and membership number will be announced at the main draw location via the public address system at Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd. 19. Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd cannot guarantee that announcements can be heard in all parts of Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd. 20. To be eligible to win, each selected Member must present himself/herself to a representative from Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd at the main draw location on the gaming floor within three (3) minutes of his/her name being announced. 21. If a virtual prize draw ticket appears to be tampered with or is otherwise invalid in accordance with these conditions, Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd reserves the right to refuse that prize draw ticket and a re-draw will take place immediately. Grand Prize Draws 22. The grand prize draws will take place at the main draw location in Alfie s Bar/Gaming Cashier at Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd on Sunday November 30 and Sunday December 21, 2014 from 2.30pm. 23. At each grand prize draw a total of 8 finalists will be selected; one every 25 minutes starting at 2.30pm. 24. Each selected name and membership number will be announced at the main draw location via the public address system at Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd. 25. Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd cannot guarantee that announcements can be heard in all parts of Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd. 26. To be eligible to win, each selected Member must present himself/herself to a representative from Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd at the main draw

3 location on the gaming floor within three (3) minutes of his/her name being announced. 27. If a virtual prize draw ticket appears to be tampered with or is otherwise invalid in accordance with these conditions, Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd reserves the right to refuse that prize draw ticket and a re-draw will take place immediately. Identification 28. Selected members may be required to produce their 2014/15 membership card and one (1) form of valid photographic identification or their membership card and two (2) other forms of valid identification, acceptable to Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd, to claim their prize. 29. If a selected member is required to produce identification and cannot produce identification acceptable to Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd within three (3) minutes from presenting himself or herself at the main draw location, a re-draw will take place immediately and this process will continue until all conditions have been satisfied. 30. Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd reserves the right to waive or vary the identification requirements in circumstances where the identity of a selected member is determinable without the assistance of a membership card or other form of identification. 31. The decision to waive or vary the identification requirement is final and no correspondence with be entered into. Prize Giveaway 32. The minor prize draws will be conducted on Thursday November 6, 13, 20 & 27 and Thursday December 4, 11 & 18, 2014 at 6pm, 6.45pm, 7.30pm and 8.15pm. 33. At each minor prize draw a total of 4 finalists will be selected, one at each time stated above. 34. As each finalist is selected they will be asked to select one of the 100 Christmas baubles displayed on the Christmas tree. Each bauble will have a label with a number on it from 0001 to The finalist will be asked to enter in the 4 digit number (Entry Number) as found on their selected Christmas bauble into the Christmas Cracker Promotion Software. 36. If the number entered matches with the winning number (Entry Number) stored in the Promotion Software Audit Log the finalist will win the major prize of $10,000 cash or $10,000 Myer Indooroopilly shopping voucher. 37. If the number entered does not match, an unsuccessful message will display on the screen and the finalist will be awarded with $50 cash and a $25 Coles/Myer voucher. 38. A total of seven (7) Prize Determination Numbers will be forwarded to Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd from Sports & Events Promotions in seven (7) individually sealed master security envelopes. 39. In the event of a winner this sealed master security envelope matching the date will need to be returned to Sports & Events Promotions unopened. 40. The grand prize draws will be conducted on Sunday November 30 and Sunday December 21, 2014 from 2.30pm.

4 41. At each grand prize draw, 8 finalists will be selected. 42. One finalist will be selected every 25 minutes starting at 2.30pm. 43. As each finalist is selected they will be asked to select one of the 200 Christmas baubles displayed on the Christmas tree. Each bauble will have a label with a number on it from 0001 to The finalist will be asked to enter in the 4 digit number (Entry Number) as found on their selected Christmas bauble into the Christmas Cracker Promotion Software. 45. If the number entered matches with the winning number (Entry Number) stored in the Promotion Software Audit Log the finalist will win the major prize of a BMW 118i on Sunday November 30 and will win $50,000 cash on Sunday December If the number entered does not match, an unsuccessful message will display on the screen and the finalist will be awarded with $500 cash. 47. A total of two (2) Prize Determination Numbers will be forwarded to Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd from Sports & Events Promotions in two (2) individually sealed master security envelopes. 48. In the event of a winner this sealed master security envelope matching the date will need to be returned to Sports & Events Promotions unopened. 49. A member can win one prize at each minor or grand prize draw. Prizes 50. The prize of a BMW 118i will be payable by Sports & Events Promotions and to claim this the winner will be required to complete the Winner s Affidavit & Release along with a copy of their government issued identification card containing their photo. 51. This must be reported to Sports & Events Promotions within three (3) business days of receipt of a claim. 52. BMW 118i is a door automatic sports hatchback with metallic paint, registration, compulsory third party, stamp duty, delivery and GST included. Total value $51, The winner can choose another vehicle and pay the difference to Brisbane BMW. Either the BMW 118i or other BMW if decision is made to upgrade may take up to 8 weeks if the vehicle selected is not in stock at Brisbane BMW at the time. 54. The prize of $50,000 cash will be payable by Sports & Events Promotions and to claim this the winner will be required to complete the Winner s Affidavit & Release along with a copy of their government issued identification card containing their photo. This must be reported to Sports & Events Promotions within three (3) business days of receipt of a claim. 55. The prize of either $10,000 OR $10,000 Myer Indooroopilly Voucher will be payable by Sports & Events Promotions and to claim this the winner will be required to complete the Winner s Affidavit & Release along with a copy of their government issued identification card containing their photo. This must be reported to Sports & Events Promotions within three (3) business days of receipt of a claim. 56. The prize of a $10,000 Myer Voucher is valid for Myer Indooroopilly to be used within 12 months of issue. 57. The consolation prize of $500 cash requires no further explanation.

5 58. The consolation prize of $50 cash requires no further explanation. 59. The consolation prize of a $25 Coles/Myer Voucher is valid for 12 months from date of issue. General 60. Virtual prize draw tickets will be added to the virtual barrel in between draws being conducted at the grand prize draw, however, once a draw has started, further entries will not be added until a winner for that draw has been found. 61. Virtual prize draw tickets will remain in the barrel for all seven minor prize draws and two grand prize draws. 62. Winning prize draw tickets will not be returned to the virtual barrel. 63. Members can check their virtual prize draw ticket balance via the Member Kiosk by selecting the Barrel Draw icon, any time before or after a grand prize draw. 64. Should any selected entry be found to be invalid, or a selected entrant is found to be disqualified or ineligible to win, a re-draw/s will take place immediately at the draw location. 65. Entries to any re-draw will include all valid entries (excluding already selected entries) for the promotion. All normal entry requirements apply to a re-draw. 66. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of prizes. 67. Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd reserves the right to cancel or change the prizes offered under this promotion if there are any changes to the law, which would or might render the promotion or any prizes offered under the promotion unlawful. 68. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry, which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions. 69. Winners will be notified in person. 70. In the case of an error in the Prize Giveaway mechanics the process will be restarted from the beginning or from where the error was made and re-corrected. This will be decided upon by Broncos Leagues Club management. 71. Names and likenesses of Promotion winner(s) may be used by Sports & Events Promotions, Client and Client s designee(s) for promotional purposes without further compensation to Sports & Events Promotions, Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Limited or the Promotion winner(s). 72. Conduct of the entire promotion, including decisions on the eligibility of persons to enter, shall be the responsibility of Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd, whose decision in all matters shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 73. To the extent that a situation or issues arises for which these terms and conditions make no provision or in relation to which the relevant terms and conditions are unclear, Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd reserves the right to make a decision regarding such situation or issue in its sole and absolute discretion and such a decision will be final and binding. 74. Entries not on official prize draw tickets are invalid and will be disqualified. 75. Entries generated in the Promotion may not be carried over to any other promotion or special offer. 76. Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd is not liable for any loss, damage or injury by any person in connection with the promotion.

6 77. Participation in the promotion confirms acceptance of the terms and conditions governing membership to Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd and the promotion. 78. All entries become the property of Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd and may be entered into a database and used for the Promoter s marketing, promotional and publicity purposes. Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd respects your privacy rights. An entrant may request access at any time to personal information held by Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd on that entrant. 79. Winners of prizes may be asked to participate in publicity or advertising at the request of Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd. Participation in any such publicity or advertising is at the sole discretion of the winners. 80. A copy of the terms and conditions governing the promotion can be obtained from reception at Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd throughout the promotion period. 81. The names of the winners will not be published unless prior approval is obtained. 82. Continuation of the Promotion is at Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd discretion. 83. The promoter is Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd.
