Sir/Madam, Quotations are invited for the supply of Sports Equipment s for the year The Quotation should reach on or before at 8: 00 P.M. The reputed sports dealers, who have supplied the Sports Equipment to Delhi University Sport Council (DUSC) and other colleges of University of Delhi, will be preferred.

UNIVERSITY OF DELHI NEHRU NAGAR, NEW DELHI TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE SUPPLY OF SPORTS KITS & SPORTS GOODS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE QUOTATION 1. Sealed quotations are invited from Manufacturers / Authorized agents / Distributors of Sports Kits and Sports Good (documentary evidence should be submitted with the quotation). 2. The vendor should be in the trade for the last three years and documentary evidence should be enclosed with the quotation. 3. The vendor should be providing similar services to Delhi University Sports Council (DUSE), University of Delhi, and Universities & Colleges in the NCR region. Documentary evidence should be enclosed with the quotation. 4. Cost of the Sports Kits and Sports Goods should include all taxes and statutory levies with a brand / motto name of the manufacturer etc and proper break up for the same. 5. Payment will be made to the vendor after completion of the delivery of Sports Kits and Sports Goods at the scheduled destination to college. Payment will be made only after the materials have been received in the college in good condition and according to approved quality / specifications / samples or testing wherever needed. Any condition relating to advance payment of the ordered material will not be entertained. All the payment will be subject to deduction of all taxes and statutory levies as imposed by Centre / State Govt. 6. The delivery of Sports Kits and Sports Goods shall be affected at the scheduled destination P.G.D.A.V. College (Eve.) free of all delivery charges. 7. The College is not bound to purchase all the items from the quotation for which rates have quoted. The rates will be accepted on the basis of competitive bidding and quality of materials. Contd 2p.

3 8. P.G.D.A.V. College (Eve.) may, at its discretion, relax any minor non-conformity or any minor infirmity in an offer. 9. The right to accept the quotations will rest with P.G.D.A.V. College (EVE.), who reserves the right to reject any or all the quotations without assigning and reason thereof. In case of dispute, the decision of the Principal/ Chairman & Members of Sports Committee of the college. 10. Maximum 15 days will be allowed for the delivery of material from the date of order. Therefore period of delivery of material beyond 15 days is not acceptable. 11. Quotation must be sent in sealed envelopes one marked Quotation for the supply of Sports Kits and Goods, addressed and delivered to the P.G.D.A.V.
