Dear Members of the Sr. and Jr ACRYs and our Diocesan Family, This coming Memorial Day weekend, May 25-28, the 70h National A.C.R.Y. Metropolitan Orestes Memorial Bowling Tournament will take place in Perth Amboy, NJ hosted by Jr. ACRY Chapter #45. We are excited to be your hosts as we have worked hard to plan an event we hope everyone will enjoy. The following pages will contain the information necessary to ensure a successful weekend. Please read the information carefully and be sure to list chapter information when submitting forms for clarification. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact Fr. 3 MEAL PACKAGES All meal packages include 4 meals (Saturday buffet lunch at the lanes, Saturday evening at the hotel, Sunday Morning brunch at the church, Sunday Evening Grand Banquet.). Anyone requiring special dietary needs are asked to contact the committee directly. Senior Meal Package $120 Junior Meal Package $110 Youth Meal Package (6-12) $75 Children Age 5 and Under FREE Individual meal tickets are also available and can be found on the ticket order forms. Please be reminded that bowlers are required to purchase the full days meals on their day of bowling (if purchasing a la carte). Tentative Menus: SATURDAY LUNCH BUFFET: Caesar Salad, chicken fingers, sub choices, penne vodka, meatballs marinara, refreshments. (The Lanes also has an extensive snack bar menu with a variety of items to choose from at your additional cost.) SATURDAY EVENING 80 S PROM: Salad, Deli Platters of Honey Baked Ham & Griggs Town Turkey, Cheese, Assorted Rolls, Accompaniments, Chicken Parmesan, Cookies, Refreshments. SUNDAY BRUNCH BUFFET: Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, homefries, assorted danishes, yogurt parfaits, fresh fruit/granola, juice/coffee/tea. SUNDAY EVENING BLACK AND WHITE DINNER: Appetizer: Penne Tossed in Olive Oil, Roasted Eggplant, Kalimata Olives, Capers, Cracked Pepper & Seal Salt; Salad: Edison Gardens Traditional Greens, Tomato, Cucumber & Bermuda Onion and Dressing Choice; Entree: (either) Roasted French Breast of Chicken with a Stone Ground Mustard Cream Sauce, Over Scallion Red Skinned Mashed Potatoes and Broccoli Rabe :::or::: Braised Short Ribs with Creamy Manchego Cheese & Herb Polenta, French Beans, Caramelized Shallot, Fig & Mushroom Ragout topped with a Port Wine Sauce :::or::: (Vegetarian option) Marinated & Grilled Portobello Mushroom Stack with grilled Tomato Slice, Eggplant Medallion & Mozzarella Cheese over a bed of Sautéed Spinach.

4 BOWLING MAJESTIC LANES 525 Route 9 North * Perth Amboy, NJ All events will take place at nearby Majestic Lanes, about 7 minutes from the hotel. Each event will be at the low cost of $14/player and includes shoe rental. Forms are also available at the online sites provided. Partial entries/teams are welcomed. We will group you with another partial entry/team to make a complete entry. Don t be shy! FREE Bumper bowling will be provided for Pre-Juniors on Saturday Morning and Sunday Afternoon. Given the location of the lanes, coupled with the weekend s schedule, a working lunch will be served buffet style to allow us to keep the festivities moving. The lanes have a huge restaurant/snack bar on site with additional offerings (at your additional cost). ALL ENTRIES CLOSE ON MAY 12:00 MIDNIGHT
