2 NATIONAL TALENT PATHWAY ALL judging is as per he FIG Code of Poins Cycle 14 unless specific rules apply. Each level progressively develops echniques and hemes ha will underpin high level performance. The gymnas should develop rouines by learning elemens following hese progressive hemes. Technique is common hroughou he Naional Talen Pahway. The Naional Elie Grades are a significan challenge o even he mos alened gymnass. I is essenial ha coaches undersand he echnical pahways for developing skills, in order o make he good choices for he gymnass developmen. To complemen he wrien ex, videos of each rouine have been produced which will go a long way o clarify he inerpreaions of he exercises. All rouines are available on line a he BG Academy. The desire is o pu he ARTISTRY back ino our spors ile, Men s Arisic Gymnasics, wih a rouine a each level for Arisic Preparaion. The Naional Elie Grades remain as he principle roue for selecion ino he Elie Performance Squad.
