ONCE THE CONTRACT WAS SIGNED THE ONLY COMMUNICATION I RECEIVED WAS IF I INITIATED THE CALL OR IF A PAYMENT WAS DUE TO SYSTEM PAVERS.THE PORTABLE TOILET WAS DELIVERED WITHOUT NOTICE AND PLACED IN FRONT OF THE GARAGE DOOR THAT MY DISABLED SISTER USES... This project came out exactly as we had hoped/envisioned, if not better! This is our first time to own a house in US and we almost know nothing about back yard and I am impressed by Matthew Walden's service. With his knowledge and experience, we got our backyard done quick and in a very satisfying way. Wonderful service, skilled workers, and beautiful pavers our driveway. We had been thinking about doing this make over a few years and are very happy that we finally decided it was now time. All in... From start to finish I was impressed. Beginning with working with the design consultant, Lidiana, she spent a lot of time talking with me and understanding what I was looking and then translating it into a design that fit my home and yard. I appreciated her honesty when something I proposed was not... Very pleased with our finished backyard project. Most definitely increased the value of our home. Was good but he left the company. The 3rd project Mgr was good, as was the new work crew who repaired all the poor work and damage to stucco done by first crew. I now have a nice patio. Systems Pavers was amazing to work with from start to finish. Randy really listened to our wish list and budget and in the end absolutely nailed our vision and gave us a beautiful and functional space that we will enjoy years to come.
