1 July 8, 9 and 0, 06 Matamoras, PA Rendezvous at Rattlesnake Ridge is The Matamoras Maverick s First Annual Day Shoot We are a SASS affiliated club and all SASS rules will apply Match Information Pre-registration is requested and highly encouraged so we can order the proper shooter s badges and awards. We are limited to the first 90 shooters, so please do not wait until the last minute to apply. Applications must be received by June 4th. Shooters who register after that date will have to register in a registered category, or they will not be eligible to receive a shooter s name badge with their name on it or an award at the shoot. Sponsorships: If you d like to be a Match, Stage, Side Match or Contributing Sponsor, please view the attached Sponsorship Form. Awards: All SASS categories that have registered entrants by June 4th will be recognized. We will present Match Awards to the Top Overall Cowboy and Cowgirl. st Place awards will be presented to ALL categories, nd Place to categories having -5 shooters, and rd Place to categories having 6+ shooters. Match Fees: First Shooter: $60 Spouse/Significant Other and Young Adults (7-0): $45 Young Guns (4-6): $5 Buckaroos/Buckarettes: $5 Scoring: All Matamoras Maverick matches are scored as Total Time matches. Round Count: Approximately 00 Rifle, 00 Pistol, 50 Shotgun, plus side match ammo. Brass: Brass is retrievable until it hampers the next shooter Side Matches: Side matches are FREE. They will be held on Friday from noon to 4 pm. Side matches will include: Stage Mini-Match Long Range Rifle-Single Shot - 00 yards Speed Rifle and Speed Pistol Long Range Rifle-Rifle Caliber - 00 yards Speed Shotgun - 97, Lever and SxS Long Range Rifle-Pistol Caliber - 00 yards Speed Pocket Pistol and Speed Derringer Long Range Pistol - 50 yards Meals: Lunch will be available from our chuckwagon crew on Saturday (after completion of stages) and Sunday (after completion of the match and tear-down) at a cost of $0 each. Breakfast will be available on Sunday at a cost of $5. All meals for shooters/guests age and under: $5. Please contact G.W.Wishbone with any dietary concerns. Water will be available at the range throughout the match. Some restaurants in the area are: Perkins, The Apple Grill, Balchs Seafood, Dimmick Inn, Apple Valley, Village Diner, Milford Diner, The Grotto, McDonalds, Wendys, Taco Bell

2 Lodging Best Western Inn Hampton Inn Scottish Inns Myer Country Motel Milford Motel Camping Tents and RVs (Dry Camping ONLY) will be allowed on the range at no charge. We can probably handle about 4-6 RVs. We need you to Request a spot on your registration form. You will get a camping permit in your packet. Please remember that there are no electrical or water hookups available on the range. Water is available at the restroom next to the clubhouse, so you will be able to fill your tank. You must have a holding tank if you plan on using the sanitary facilities in your RV. No dumping or discharge of any kind is permitted. Sinks and toilet facilities are open and available next to the clubhouse. No individual open campfires are allowed; however, you can have modern elevated grills. There is a large fire pit at the top end of the parking area that can be used. There are also RV campsites nearby that you can check out: River Beach Campsites (Kititinny Canoes) is at the bottom of Cummins Hill Road. Tri-State RV is a few miles toward Matamoras. Vendors Spots are free - just let us know if you re interested. Swap and Shop - Cowboy Flea Market & Swap Table We ll have tables available if you d like to trade or sell any cowboy items. We don t know if we ll have a volunteer to man the table, so make sure you put the price and contact information on your items. They must be picked up Sunday afternoon by pm, or they will be considered as donated. Attire Each participant is required to dress in SASS appropriate attire during all events, including the awards. Pets Pets are OK if they stay in the camping area and are kept on a leash at all times. They cannot be left unattended. You will also be expected to clean up after them. Cancellation Policy Cancellations received before June 4th will receive a full refund. Cancellations after June 4 and before July will be assessed a $5 cancellation fee. There will be NO refunds after July st. Directions The address is 0 Rod & Gun Club Road, Milford, PA 87. From Route 84, get off at the Matamoras exit and drive towards Milford. Cummins Hill Road is about ½ miles on the right. Go up the hill for about miles. Turn right at the flagpole onto Rod & Gun Club Road. The entrance is about 00 yards on the left.
