Each bamboo plant can give timber yearly for sometimes a hundred years. 4 Learn: Architectural Design - Hand and power tool selection and techniques. Practical Build onsite. Day 2 Morning: Design & Tools DAY 2, 3 & 4 Night before arrive by 5pm for orientation and dinner in. DAY 1: 8.30 to 4pm workshop-tour. Lunch on-site. Dinner in Ubud at the Buddha Cafe. Tour Design ideas and methods to support your own ideas and understand the 2 build projects you will get involved with. Tools training with special hand made bamboo tools as well as power tools. Day 2 afternoon & Day 3 & 4 Practical build Build onsite At the Green VillageLearn all the basics of building (from Foundation, walls and make a Bamboo Roof!). Learn hand and power tool techniques and bamboo joinery alongside top bamboo builders at an actual worksite. Evening Day 2 dinner at the Laughing Buddha café, Ubud. Day 3 dinner at Laka Leke, near Swasti. Food & entertainment.
