I changed my mind about one thing and he went right along with it without trying to get me to change it. It was a good experience all of the way through. They have quality service and high quality products. They did an excellent job guiding me through the utility and tax issues. Very responsive and professional group. Everything was well organized taken care of on a timely basis with no worries on our part. Highly recommended! I was satisfied with Mark answering questions and being knowledgeable. The installers were good, too. I would like to recognize Rachel her exceptional service. All was smooth from start to finish, and Icon actually got the job done about a month faster than scheduled by one of the competitors I shopped. Very happy with the "turnkey" process. Installation is clean, so nice, that it's prompted me to work... Please thank the guys that were out on Sunday doing the solar install. I am amazed by how quickly they were able to get everything on the roof and turn it over to the electricians to finish up. I really appreciate your fast response to each round of the quoting process.
