2 Welcome to Johnson Livestock Tenth Annual Bull Sale elcome to the 10th Annual Johnson Livestock WBull Sale. A lot has changed over the last 10 years but our desire to produce top quality cattle remains the same. We started using Angus bulls on commercial cows 20 years ago, and have never looked back. The longer we straight breed these Angus cows the better we like them. Our breeding philosophy has remained the same the last 10 years. Buy or breed to the best bulls we can find, and build off their daughters. You will notice that the majority of these bulls dams are sired by Four Seasons, Carbon Copy, Eliminator, Final Answer, and Potential. Many of these young cows have made Elite status or are well on their way to making it. As we go into the future we will be adding large groups of Rito 1439, Resource, International, and Prediction daughters. We are very proud of the way our cow herd is developing and would love to show you the dams of our bulls. ANDREW, LAURIE, BRIELLE, MAYA, DESTA & INDY DAVID & ANNE The 2016 bull sale offering is the strongest yet, again with large groups of 1/2 and 3/4 brothers. These similarly bred bulls are very consistent, with low birthweight, and lots of thickness and growth. There are over 40 direct sons of Rito 1439 and his flush brother Resource. The sisters of these bulls were extremely well received at our fall female sale, being the high selling sire group. With this group we will have sold over 1400 bulls and are extremely grateful for the strong support we have received. We have several customers who have purchased bulls in each of our past 9 sales. As always the bulls remain our responsibility until they leave our possession and we stand behind them.
