They showed extraordinary case and sensitivity throughout and communicated thoroughly. This combination made them trusted... Home renovations are stressful! This company is amazing though! They are very all inclusive and beyond helpful. They ensure that all aspects are completed and done right. They have connections to every home specialty (plumbing, flooring, etc.) need and Hampton Roads and just setup you. AMAZING JOB!... These guys are awesome, very professional and will keep you inmed! They were the best restoration company I have ever dealt with. From the beginning, Jenkins Restorations treated me like a person & was concerned my well being in terms of making sure all the steps were done as easily as possible. He explained things in a way that I completely understood the process, asking if I had questions. The construction team was top notch. Very professional and reliable. Permance and materials were beyond my expectations. Jenkins Restorations had difficult hurdles to jump with the pure and utter incompetency of Servpro of Virginia Beach (try your best to avoid this company even if it is given to you by your insurance company), but... Jenkins Restorations did an outstanding job from start to finish! The whole process was very thorough and better than expected! Jenkins Restorations has helped me with several projects. I've been impressed with their professionalism and communication throughout each one. I would definitely recommend them! Jason was very friendly and professional. They explained everything since I didn't know what was going on. They were curteous and here on time. They made feel more comtable about what was going on with the mold. From the initial response to the last of the cleanup, the constant communication and professionalism was how quality workmanship and service is supposed to be done! They set, then exceeded, a very high level of competence and craftsmanship. Thank you. To this point our experience has been very positive. The staff has been very helpful in letting us know what is happening and what progress has been made. We are looking ward to moving ward with the restoration of our home. Our experience with Jenkins was a positive one, in large part because of the excellent project manager that oversaw our repairs. Jonathan worked with us every step of the way, explaining what we needed to understand and giving us the time we needed to make important choices. I had previous water damage and used a different company I was very unhappy with. Jenkins Restoration was a night and day difference between the other company I've used. I would highly recommend them to everybody. Worst experience EVER! I felt Jenkins Restorations is very qualified to bring any home back to restoration. Employee are friendly and experienced. It s so rare to find people who do quality work. I feel like we really got lucking when we hired them. I had water damage from the attic to the first floor and they did such a great job you would never know the damage ever happened. Thank you! I was very satisfied with the work permed by Jenkins,and I have already referred Jenkins to an investor friend of mine, John Esary. Until Jenkins hires and trains enough project managers to take care of their workload, I would avoid using this company anything beyond mitigation. They took ever to begin the restoration and after many complaints to the boss and his underlings, they finally subcontracted the job out to another company. I would not recommend them. The company was very professional and impressive. You are amazing. Jenkins contractors did great work. My concern was the number of times I needed to follow up on appointment commitments.
