12 Permitting and Infrastructure The Property has a ten-year Class 3 Exploration Permit in place to 2026 allowing for a camp, fuel storage, road and trail building, clearing, trenching, drilling, all forms of sampling and a 10,000 tonne bulk sample. 205 km all-season Nahanni Range road from Watson Lake is scheduled for upgrade through federal/territorial $380M infrastructure grant 20km by road from abandoned Cantung mine and mill camp. Closed in 2015, Federal government spending $1.5M per year on care and maintenance. Available for purchase. 10/23/

13 Stratabound Letter of Intent to Purchase existing Option Agreement Payment of $100,000 at closing of Definitive Agreement and additional $100,000 upon closing by Stratabound of a $1,000,000 private placement, plus the issuance to the Vendor (South Shore Partners) of 12,000,000 common shares of Stratabound at closing. Further issuances of 5,000,000 common shares upon each of the first and second anniversaries of the closing are also required. The Option, which is in two separate agreements, can be exercised upon completion of payments of up to $1,735,000 and work commitments totaling $700,000 over a five-year period. The Optionor has the option to pay up to 50% of the payments in shares. The properties are subject to an aggregate net smelter returns (NSR) royalty of 2.5%, payable to the Vendor and the current owners of the claims. 10/23/
