The Mountain Magic Car Show organized by Ann McQueen, owner of This and That Gifts along with her amazing team members were able to attract over 70 cars for a spectacular lineup showing it off to a large crowd of spectators. Congratulations and thank you to all participants. Fast approaching the midway point of our busy season, I am looking forward to our Summer Mixer on Sunday 8/11, 4-7PM at McGraw Park. Please join us for an evening of potluck picnic, live music with Joe and Paula Morris, the continuation of the community mural project and mingle with your fellow Chamber and community members. Our last big event bridging Summer and Fall, the 285 Gold Rush will take place September 28/29. This celebration of the golden leaves is one more chance to show off your businesses along the corridor. We encourage all members to participate at your favorite location and present our canyon as festive as possible. See flyer in this for details. Don t be left out! Last but not least I am proud of all of you being part of a very active and successful Chamber year. Because of the hard work of our board of directors and the great number of volunteers, we are able to reinvest in to our community and help some great projects moving forward. Please join the general meeting and find out a little more about this programs. Make it a lucrative month.
