Wollaston Lake, located in far northeastern Saskatchewan, Canada, is one of the world s natural treasures. Lying just south of the Arctic Circle, this 800-square mile lake is home to some of the largest Northern Pike and Lake Trout found in the world. Walleye and Grayling, in impressive numbers and size, are also found here. It is a wilderness fishing dream. In the world of fishing, only the beauty of the surrounding forests and the warm and friendly atmosphere of Wollaston Lake Lodge can come close to complimenting the quality of the fishing found here. The management and staff have a single goal: to make your Wollaston Experience the most pleasurable and memorable of your life. Not only is our lake a national treasure, but our people are too. The very same friends who fish with us year after year are not only drawn to Wollaston Lake Lodge for its fishing, but also its people. Wollaston Lake s 800-square miles of cool, clear water plunges to depths down to 400 feet. Numerous rivers pour highly oxygenated water into the bays. These factors, along with a tremendous forage base which helps our fish grow to such legendary size, provide the perfect habitat for our Northern Pike, Lake Trout, Walleye and Arctic Grayling. These four species make up the Grand Slam of freshwater fishing. It is incredibly rare to find all four of these highly sought after species in the same lake anywhere in the world, much less Saskatchewan. Each of our guides are true professionals and are skilled in all fishing methods. They are more than ready to show you the thrill of learning a new technique. Over two decades ago, Orvis set out to make planning a world-class fishing experience easier for their customers. They sought out the best fishing operations in the most exceptional fishing areas of North America. The result was the Orvis-Endorsed Operations program for lodges, guides, outfitters, and expeditions. Each endorsed operation has its own character, but all share the same high standards: great service, great fishing, and an experienced, professional staff. These standards of excellence are continually reviewed by the Orvis staff and evaluated by visiting guests in post-visit critiques sent directly to Orvis. Orvis-Endorsed operations cater to every ability from beginner to expert. Guides The guides in our group were great. Very professional in all aspects, knowledgeable, and fun to be around. The boats also come equipped with top of the line depth finders and trolling motors, all adding to your ability to get into the big fish.

Each of our guides and his two guests, are provided with an 19-foot custom Lund Pro-V boat. An 90-hp Yamaha 4-stroke quietly gets you where you want to go on the lake smoothly. The boats come with an extra large casting platform along with wide gunnels. This design, exclusive to Wollaston Lake Lodge, provides an extra large area for casting and fighting those big toothy critters. The boats also come equipped with top of the line depth finders and trolling motors, all adding to your ability to get into the big fish. G U I D E S Daily fly-outs to remote parts of Wollaston Lake or to over twenty neighboring lakes will help maximize your Wollaston Experience. Two dehavilland Turbo Otter float planes can whisk up to six guests and their guides to these distant locations. Once you land, you ll find well-equipped boats ready for you to explore areas only accessible by float plane. 6

Our 5-star chef team offers a variety of meal selections. Begin each day with a breakfast made to order. The pastry and bread chef will add to your meals by creating fresh baked goods for you daily. Then when sitting down to enjoy your choice of dinner, you can choose from our extensive wine list and complete your evening meal with a decadent dessert. Our portions will satisfy the hungriest appetite while our presentations impress. There are no set times for you to come to dinner. This is your Wollaston Experience and you should set the plan. All meals are cooked to order and special requests are graciously welcomed. Special dietary requirements are, of course, no problem for our team. Our chef and waitstaff are dedicated to making your culinary experiences just as memorable as your fishing. 7

Each of our 21 cabins are equipped with thermostatically controlled electric heat, allowing you to be in charge of your own comfort.

You ll also find a small refrigerator, and ice is delivered every afternoon directly to your cabin.

Our workout room will help keep you in fish-fighting shape while our licensed massage therapist will knead those tired muscles back into that feeling of ahhh.

You ll also find a small refrigerator, and ice is delivered every afternoon directly to your cabin. Upon waking up, you ll even find a thermos of hot coffee waiting for you right outside your door. Our workout room will help keep you in fish-fighting shape while our licensed massage therapist will knead those tired muscles back into that feeling of ahhh. Now, imagine finishing it all off with a relaxing sauna. A perfect way to close a perfect day at Wollaston Lake Lodge. No worries if you need to keep in contact with your business or family, or simply brag about your fishing success. We supply wireless internet, satellite television, as well as telephone and fax services in the lodge. You ll also find an impressive wine selection, a fully stocked tackle shop, a humidor with Cuban cigars, and a complete bar and lounge. 9

12 The highlight of my trip was catching world class pike cast after cast. Our guide put us on fish until we got tired of catching. I really enjoyed the convenience of eating on your 'own schedule' and not having to rush in the mornings. It's great to slow down and be able to enjoy the beauty of the lodge and surroundings. The lodge is nothing short of amazing. Staff from the guides to the dock staff were very friendly and always willing to help. I've had the opportunity to hunt and fish around the world and your lodge, services and facilitlies are second to none. Greg Ford. 11

Optional Extras: Liquor, tackle, gratuities, confectionery items, rental fishing equipment, daily fly-outs or fly-backs and therapeutic massage. *Fishing License is not included FISHING ITINERARY: Upon arrival in Winnipeg, MB, you will be met by our expeditor. He will collect your bags and take you to the hotel for the night (room included in package). Early the next morning, you will meet the group in the lobby and will be taken to our charter flight. The charter flight is approximately 2 hours, followed by a short bus ride to the lodge. Once you arrive, a hot breakfast will be available in the dining room. Afterwards, you will meet your guide and discuss your fishing plans for the next 4 days. Breakfast and dinner are served in the main lodge daily, there are no set times once service begins. On departure day, breakfast will be served before you head back to Winnipeg. Emergency situations can happen anywhere at any time. We partner with Global Rescue to include comprehensive coverage for all of our guests. Global Rescue is the world leader for Medical Emergency Support and Evacuation.
