Cazenovia, NY Nov 20, 2017 I expected a great product with a great crew and received both. You guys are a little sexiest because Steven B. Broyles has little or nothing to do with this. This survey was written by Sue Sherman-Broyles, I arranged all of the meetings with Mike, I communicated with Rob. I came up with the inspiration to update this room and I signed the checks. All done in consultation with Steve. Ben and his assistant were good guys. They work was done on a day that was Questionable( weather was not great). The project went well. The work was done with haste and a level of efficiency. The finished product looked neat at a distance. When observed closely, one section of the fascia was put on with... Their carpenters should be considered wizards as they are incredibly talented. overall I was very satisified with Gary from start to finish. Gary was considerate with our budget. Things that were too expensive, he would make more afdable by breaking it up. Giving us ideas later. He met the needs of our whole family our price range! Aug 09, 2017 The project manager, Jason, was not the original project manager that I had, but he came into the project at the last minute and was phenomenal. He explained things to me, picked up things and did really well with the project not being there from the start. I thought he was really great and represents... This was an important job and they were able to get started much sooner than I expected. They were able to handle all problems so that things did not get worse bee the project was completed. Everyone I worked with interpersonal skills and were great to work with. Charlie, the eman, was excellent. He was a good worker, he told me what he was doing, and what he was going to do. I recommend him to do work that he's qualifies. I would highly recommend them to anybody! They were very professional! Our project was not an easy project but they got it done! Charlie and Gary were extremely friendly and eager to work with us. Some delays that were outside of their control but otherwise things went well. Crown Construction has remodeled our kitchen, put a new window in our living room, and we have had the handyman put on a new door us. From start to finish every single project was done perfectly. I highly recommend Crown Construction any building/remodeling project. They were hired to fix a water leak in the roof. They reviewed the project and suggested what they would do to fix the leak. I hired them to do just that. After they completed the job it rained and the leak persisted. Now they want to make their second best suggestion on how to resolve the leak problem... Crown Construction and Mike May in particular were wonderful to work with. Mike came up with ideas the porch that we had not thought of. The porch was just screens from floor to ceiling. The screens were falling apart and all sorts of plant material was caught in them. The only way to clean them... Crown Construction was professional in every sense of the word. From the project manager to the workmen, we were totally happy with the care and the skill that went into the work. They are fully insured, trustworthy, don't shirk on permits or inspections, provide high quality work with top grade materials, listen to my instructions and pay attention to my concerns, big or small, are... The value of property has been increased by at least as much as I spent. this is my go-to place whatever I need next. While Crown is located 30+ miles from my house they offered the best solution to repairing my vinyl siding blown off by heavy wind. Adam, our design consultant, was very professional and friendly which made our project a success! I am satisfied with everything they have done.
