7 Sports Fees Payment Information. The fee for any given sport covers the cost of Team Registration, first aid, relevant equipment and also makes a contribution to uniform replacement. The cost to play sport is not covered by regular school fees. IT IS NOT A DONATION. The school receives no government funding for extra-curricular sport and cannot afford to fund this extra-curricular activity. Sports Fees must be paid. Sports fees must be paid or students will not be permitted to play. There are three key options for the payment of sports fees. 1. Payment in Full prior to the first competition game (preferred) 2. Automatic payment this option is only available where an automatic payment already exists and regular weekly or fortnightly payments are being received by the school. The Finance Officer must approve this option prior to the first game. 3. A 30% deposit is made toward the payment of the sport fee prior to the first competition game and then a $5.00 payment is made every week at the office until the total fee is paid. If the weekly $5.00 payments are not made the student (except in special and prior approved circumstances) will be stood down from that week s game and until the weekly payments are resumed.
