You can take part at work, in your local pub or even at home. Just follow our top tips and fundraising ideas to make your Quizmas Party a success.

2 Merry Quizmas Thank you for downloading the fundraising pack - we hope you re excited about hosting your Quizmas Party! Everyone loves a quiz and with this pack you have everything you need to host a really fun event and raise money for our life saving research. You can take part at work, in your local pub or even at home. Just follow our top tips and fundraising ideas to make your Quizmas Party a success. Organising your event Teams need to make a donation to enter. You could ask for a suggested donation per team or per person Set your date and venue Why not get some prizes together for your Quizmas Party? Hosting at work? Ask the boss. Hosting in a pub? The landlord could donate a bottle or two. You could even ask local businesses; people are very generous at Christmas You could have prizes for things like: Wooden Spoon (team that comes last or 2nd from last), Best Dressed, Best Team Name, etc. Print out the Quizmas questions in this pack Make sure you have enough quiz sheets, pens and paper to go round Make sure each team comes up with a festive team name (use our handy Team name plaques in this kit) Decorate your venue with tinsel, holly, crackers etc. to get everyone in the Christmas spirit Use the downloads in this pack to help you have lots of fun on the day, including our True or False game to help you raise a bit more on the night To raise a few more pounds you could also do the following: Suggest everyone arrive in Christmas fancy dress and donate 1 Sell some yummy homemade mince pies Place a donation jar on each table Host your Quizmas Party, have lots of fun and help raise money for our life saving research. Cut-out around the card and hand one to each participant (you can charge them to enter. Suggested donation of 1). Everyone stands up and the quiz master reads out True or false questions attached. Participants hold up the True or False card depending on what they think the answer is. Players who answer incorrectly must sit down, this is continued until there is a single prize winner.
