A LETTER FROM THE PRESIDENT To all our 2018 members and sponsors, I want to thank our 1200+ members and sponsors that signed up for the 2018 year.

2 A LETTER FROM THE PRESIDENT To all our 2018 members and sponsors, I want to thank our members and sponsors that signed up for the 2018 year. It is crucial that we re-sign our members and sponsors for 2019, we aim for over 1500 members in 2019 and sponsorship growth by 25%. Off-field: The challenge ahead is to ensure we continue to consolidate the club operationally and financially into the future. Recent exciting news of the ground redevelopment, and the success of both our Men s and inaugural Women s teams means 2019 will be a great year for us. However, we shall need the support of members and sponsors (now) to ensure our club not only survives but thrives into the future. Our focus will again be on the community, in terms of football and other assistance we can provide to juniors and to those less fortunate. We have been working hard to make sure that we have good relationships and will very soon, announce our 2019 Community Service Program. A very exciting future: We are thrilled to have appointed Gary Ayres again as our Senior Men s Coach for 2019 and it will be exciting to watch our team grow in The announcement of Harold Hetherton as our 2019 Senior Women s coach is also very exciting, with VFLW not far away for the Club. We want to provide a wonderful experience for everyone who comes to the Club on game days and through any event or function. We are planning to make our home game days in 2019 community and family-friendly with lots of activities for the kids and good entertainment for the adults as well. The TV broadcast quality lighting (that should be ready for the 2020 season) will also open up wonderful future opportunities for night football with increased member and sponsor benefits/activities/exposure. As we build our club into the future I cannot stress the importance of your memberships and sponsorships as each member and sponsor is an ambassador of our Club. I look forward to seeing you at the Club soon and remember there is great strength in numbers, we want to make our home games in 2019 a fortress where the opposition feel and see our passion.
