2 page 2 Introduction Welcome to Wivenhoe Town Football Club and thank you for taking time to review our promotional offers for the season. Wivenhoe Town Football Club, nicknamed The Dragons, is a community facing club providing access to football for local children and for adults. Our youth teams compete in the Colchester & District Youth League where our youngest representatives take part in the Under 7 age group. Our senior teams compete in the Thurlow Nunn (Eastern Counties) League with both the First team and Reserves competing across Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire. Fully affiliated to the Football Association, we also compete in the F.A. Vase and F.A. Cup competitions. All of our promotional packages develop the theme that Wivenhoe Town are committed to integrating our sporting activities with local individuals, organisations and businesses, making it a shared ambition to support sporting enjoyment for the whole community, especially young people; it would be difficult to find a better opportunity locally than to work with Wivenhoe Town Football Club. 3 Stadium Naming Rights Chairman page 3 An exciting opportunity to brand our football stadium with your company identity. Wivenhoe Town Football Club s stadium is located at the Broad Lane Sports Ground on the busy B1027. Access to the heavily used sports pitches and tennis club at the rear of the stadium is adjacent to the stadium. These facilities produce significant foot fall at weekends when youth football commands enthusiastic parental and family support. Stadium Sponsorship will include: Your company identity/logo on the main stand 12mx1m facing the B1027, the stadium entrance gates and club house. A 5mx1m hoarding located facing the Broad Lane Sports Ground access road and carrying your company identity. Your company identity/logo in the club s Facebook and Twitter banner. Your company identity/logo on our website home page with a link to your website. Your company identity/logo on our new sponsors walls in the Courtyard and the clubhouse function room. Full page advertisement in all home match day programmes. 2 x Pitch side advertising banner (8ft x 2ft). 4 x Season Tickets to all home team games. Complimentary use of the club house for one evening per year (bar not included).

The Main Playing Kit Sponsorship Package is normally available on a two season arrangement and includes the following: Your company identity printed on front of our First Team Home strip. Your company identity/logo on the front of all home match day programmes. 1/2 page advertisement in all home match day programmes. Match Day Warm-Up Kit Sponsors: Your company logo printed on warm-up shirt fronts 1/4 page advert or write up in in all home match day programmes. Your company logo and link on Club Website PREMIUM sponsors page. Your company identity/logo on our new sponsors walls in the Courtyard and the clubhouse function room. 1 x Standard location Pitch side advertising banner (8ft x 2ft). Player Sponsorship: Your name alongside the players profile in the Match day Programme Your name alongside the players profile on the Club Website

6 page 6 Advertising Boards Pitch perimeter boards Our stadium is occupied on most weekends between August and June and often for midweek matches too. Our senior teams play 30 or more matches at home during a season but we also have a vibrant fixture list for Wivenhoe Town s youth teams, the Colchester & District League Youth League Cup finals and an end of season youth tournament. Youth matches are always well supported by family members and friends and with the wide catchment of the Colchester & District League Youth League, perimeter advertising therefore has a wide reach. Pitch perimeter boards measure 8 x 2 can be purchased on a season long basis. External Advertising Boards can be positioned to overlook the car park and so be visible to all visitors to our stadium. In addition this location is adjacent to the access road leading to the Broad Lane Sports Ground and visible to heavy foot fall of families using the sports field and tennis club to the rear of our stadium. External advertising boards measure 5m x 1m and can be purchased on a season long basis. A quarter page advert in the official programme for all 1 st Team games at the stadium is included in the cost of all advertising boards.

7 Match Day Programme & Advertising page 7 Wivenhoe Town Football Club produces a match day programme for all 1 st Team games. These popular souvenir programmes (again voted Runner Up in the Thurlow Nunn League Programme of the Season competition) are purchased by visiting as well as home supporters and are viewed cover to cover. They offer an inexpensive way to reach grassroots football support. We can offer the opportunity to be the official Match day programme sponsor and have your company logo on the front cover of each home game programme as well as a half page advertisement inside. Your company logo will also feature on the new Sponsors wall in the Courtyard and the clubhouse/function room. Advertising space is also available inside the programme at prices to suit your budget. Quarter page, half page and full page options.

8 page 8 Match Day Sponsorship Match Ball Sponsors: New for this Season. Without the ball there would be no game and we are offering you the chance to show your support for the Dragons and hopefully enjoy a day/night out with friends or possibly clients as our official Match Ball Sponsors. This offer is available as a half season or full season option. In return we will: Place your company logo on the manager s note page in the match day programme. Provide a half page advert in all home match day programmes. Give you 2 x complimentary tickets and a complimentary programme for the games you sponsor. The full season option also includes, Your company logo and match ball sponsor recognition (15 x 12 ) at turnstile entrance. Both options include your company logo on the Sponsors Wall. Match Day Mascot: A chance for any Dragon (young or old) to get involved on a match day as we try to establish a closer link with the local community and establish Wivenhoe Town as a real family friendly and community club. Complimentary admission for 2 x Adults and 2 x U16 s. Meet the Wivvy the Dragons mascot and the players before the game. Take part in the pre-match warm up with the players. 1/2 page write up in the programme. Lead the team out onto the pitch with the Dragon s Captain. Photos of the occasion (issued at a later date).

9 Sponsors Wall page 9 page New for All promotional packages taken at a value of 200 or more will include the company identity/logo being displayed on two Sponsor Walls at our stadium. One wall will be in the courtyard inside the turnstiles where heavy foot fall occurs at entry and exit from the stadium but also at half time when supporters mingle and queue for the obligatory half-time burger! The second wall will be in the clubhouse where your business identity will be viewable not only on match days but to guests at the various private hire parties that occur throughout the year.
