Motion made by Julie Dougherty, Seconded by Karen Gerow to approve minutes. Minutes approved. President s Report: Coach Donart was approached to host TackleSure Clinic May 17. Mike Reignier was contacted via telephone for additional information. The Cost is $25 per Coach and $25 per Athlete. This would be open to area youth grades 4-11 in northeastern Wisconsin. The organization will donate a set amount of funds to the Football Club. Dave will contact Coach Donart for additional information on all associated fees to the Preble Football Program and make arrangements to host the Clinic. Suggestions were made to have vendors at the clinic for coaches who attend the Tacklesure Clinic and to have concessions available. There is a possible schedule change. De Pere and Ashwaubenon games may be switched to accommodate Ashwaubenon regarding a possibility of broadcasting Ashwaubenon - Bay Port game on ESPN. The Home games will possible be as follows: o September 5, Sheboygan South Youth Night o September19, Green Bay West Parent Night o September 26, Sheboygan North Homecoming o October 3, Ashwaubenon To be determined o October 17, Green Bay East Senior night Scrimmage at D.C Everest is Friday August 15. Meet the Team Night will potentially be Thursday August 14. However the date will not be set until after the Packer Schedule is available. The alternate date is Wednesday August 13.

2 Coach would like player registration packets available to hand out at all the player meetings in May. Karen will talk to Kimi regarding the packets and the needed documents. Details are not final on the Team camp with Kimberly. Location and dates are to be determined. Coach Donart will host a youth football camp for players with in the Preble School boundaries in June. Possibility of having concessions available discussed. Treasurer s Report: 2014 Budget from last meeting was reviewed. The line item Oshkosh Camp was changed to Team Camps and funding left the same. Cost of the team needs will remain at $12,500. Since the travel costs may be less, this will allow the coach to use the excess funds at his discretion. A motion was made by Holly Princl to approve the budget with the above wording change. Seconded by Dave Berken. Motion approved. In addition to the mandatory player fee, there will be a parent volunteer fee. The funds will be returned when their volunteer spots are fulfilled. This parent volunteer fee was suggested as many times volunteers do not show or make arrangements to have a replacement. Karen has started to set up an on-line volunteer registration sign up. Committee Reports Programs: Continues to approach businesses for program ads. 151 have expressed interest and 35 have already committed and paid the fee. Publicity & Website: Website changes have been made. The focus will be on Preble Football and the name Quaterback Club has been removed. Suggestion was made to have a Twitter account in addition to the Face Book Page. Also if the QBC name cannot be changed to Preble Football a suggestion was made to start a new Facebook page with a link on the current facebook page to the new one. Dave will discuss with Doug on possible options and the best way to promote Preble Football and the activities. Merchandise & Apparel: Home Team is working on an on-line store so People can order directly. Suggestion made to continue to sell apparel at the games and camps.
