Purpose: The purpose of using the Saskatchewan Roughriders is to promote provincial pride. Students will relate to this professional football team and be able to apply it to their classroom curriculum. The girls vs. boys game associated with the playground circuits will also challenge students mathematically. Furthermore, teachers will also have the opportunity to develop related topics of study through this package. Students will be able to add to their knowledge of the Saskatchewan Roughriders, football in general, and foster their study in mathematics. Chan 2
