2 ABOUT THIS CAMP This course is all about you. We will work with you to develop your techniques, improve your skills and help you understand what it takes to make you a better player. Using the latest technology, our course will cover key skills, defence techniques, advanced attack strategies and include an assessment of your contact skills. We will also include fitness testing and reviews as well as dietary and nutritional tips and advice. Intensify your training and come and join us. Downtime activities will include: Quad Biking Swimming Archery Climbing Leadership Challenges

3 afyasportstrg.com OUR COACHES Charlie Hodgson Based at the prestigious Pangbourne College, we are delighted to announce our new fully residential International Rugby Camp with Charlie Hodgson. A rugby legend, Charlie has been described as a divine playmaker who also happens to hold a point-scoring record that is unlikely to ever be broken. He has 38 England caps, went on the British & Irish Lions Tour to New Zealand in 2005 and won the Premiership once with Sale Sharks, twice with Saracens and won one European cup with Saracens in An exciting and enthusiastic coach, Charlie will be helping players to improve their kicking and passing techniques over our exclusive four day course. Andy Titterrell Former England and Sale hooker and Wasps coach, Andy earned 5 England caps and was part of the British and Irish Lions 2005 tour of New Zealand. Was the Saxon s Forward s Coach at the recent tour to South Africa and is currently Forward s Coach at Wasps. Kati Tuipulotu Former Tongan international flanker Kati played 16 tests for his country and captained in the 1999 World Cup. Renowned for his leadership and ferocious tackle technique. Nick Wood A former Gloucester Loose Head Prop, Nick also represented England at under-21 level and Saxons and was called into the full England squad party to tour South Africa in James Wade Scott Pearson Jessica Mair Chris Jones James headed up academies and player development at Sale Sharks and Wasps and is currently Head Coach at Oxford University RUFC. James is co-founder of AFYA Sports Training and COO. Scott is Strength & Conditioning Coach for British Cycling. Scott has previously worked with Worcester Warriors, Stoke City and Sale Sharks in Lead/Head of Strength & Conditioning roles. Jessica is our Judo expert. She gained qualification to the England Squad through attaining medals at the British National Championships and other prestige competitions. Jess was selected twice for the UK Games, medalling both times. Chris Jones is a rugby union player. He plays as a lock or flanker for Yorkshire Carnegie in the RFU Championship. Previously at Sale Sharks, Chris has also been capped 7 times by England.
