Spectators in place for the Unveiling Ceremony of the King Charles II Monument HM The King of the Belgians unveils the Monument on the residence where King Charles II lived during his exile. Ticket holders only Restricted 1. Approach the Burg Square from the Grote Markt. 2. The Monument is located at the junction of Hoogstraat and Mallebergplaats. 1. Location: Junction of Hoogstraat and Mallebergplaats. 2. Medals may be worn Step-Off from Sint-Lodewijkscollege. to The Royal Guild of Saint Sebastian via the Grote Markt. 14 To follow 1100 approx Arrive at the Provisional Courts, Grote Markt and reviewed by the Burgomaster of Bruges. The Parade will halt in front of the Provisional Court and will be reviewed by the Burgomaster of Bruges Step-Off and continue the march to The Royal Guild of Saint Sebastian. An Eyes Right is to be given at the King Charles II Memorial approx Arrive at The Royal Guild of Saint Sebastian, received by the Hoofdman of the Royal Guild of Saint Sebastian. Travel Time: 1 31 mins Regimental Band & Nijmegen Company Grenadier Form-Up outside Paroisse Saint Quentin Church Regimental Band & Nijmegen Company Grenadier file into Church. Others are to follow into Church Church Service Paroisse Saint Quentin Church. 1. Location: Paroisse Saint Quentin Church. 2. Attendance: but subject to the availability of / space. 3. Dress for non-military: Boating Jacket / Regimental Blazer or Lounge Suit. 27 To follow Regimental Band & Nijmegen Company Grenadier Guards and Association Members Form-Up in front of Church Regimental Band & Nijmegen Company Grenadier Guards and First Guards Club and Association Members March through Pont-à-Marcq via Sont Morts Memorial to the Cultural Centre. 1. Location: A marked map of the route will be made available. 2. Dress for non-military: Boating Jacket / Regimental Blazer or Lounge Suit. Meadals may be worn. 3. Wreath will be laid at the Memorial. 4. An Eyes Right / Left will be given at the Le Commandant Bayart Plague. A - 5

6 Reception in Cultural Centre (Scpaceculturel Casadesus). Ticket holders only 1. Quintet from the Band will play during the reception. 2. Mayor of Pont-à-Marcq to deliver an address, President of Association to reply Regimental Band & Nijmegen Company Grenadier Guards to attend Lunch hosted by Mayor of Pont-à- Marcq Nijmegen Company attend Battlefield Study on the Regiments engagement in and around Pont-à-Marcq during WWII. Further details will follow Depart Pont-à-Marcq for Ypres. Travel Time: 57 mins to Ypres. 33 Last Post Ceremony at the Menin Gate Ypres Band of the Grenadier Guards Form-Up in front of St George s Church and March to the Menin Gate. On arrival at the Menin Gate the Band will play incidental music approx Last Post Ceremony Menin Gate with the Band of the Grenadier Guards.
