2 HEAD BLOCKS/MODELS We use the very best head blocks on many of our studio courses. Head blocks allow unrivalled creativity and complete freedom, there are no restrictions and the hairdresser can be as creative as they wish. MODELS Of course we understand that sometimes hairdressers may want to be creative on a live model; if this is the case, you may bring your own model with you, providing your own model will allow you complete control over the work you carry out during any workshops. When booking your course, please inform the studio whether you will be bringing a model (if your model is a team member, they can enjoy the demonstration and theory of the course free of charge). Should you require a model provided by the studio, we will do our utmost to meet your needs, however we cannot guarantee models booked by Wella due to cancellation or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide you with a head block. Please ensure your model has been skin tested 48 hours prior to the seminar with the brands and shades you wish to use, in accordance with the manufacturer s guidelines. Please bring a record of the skin test as evidence when you attend the course. PAYMENT TERMS Full payment is required 28 days prior to course start date (subject to changes). CANCELLATION POLICY Course bookings are subject to cancellation if payment is not received. A minimum of 14 days notice is required for a full refund except for Master Colour Programme and Guest Artists courses where a minimum of 28 days notice is required. No refunds will be given after this period. Occasionally, course content will change as a result of new information and product development. Wella reserves the right to update its courses, dates and Guest Artists without notice. Business Bundles must be prepaid in full before attendance of the first course in the bundle.
