2 Shepherd Hill Rams Football Committed to excellence Pride and Unity From: Coach Chris Lindstrom 70 Dudley Hill Road Dudley MA Home School christopherlindstrom.weebley.com To: All Varsity Football Players Date: 6/10/15 RE: Football preseason Information Shepherd Hill Rams Football season is just around the corner. Now is the time to prepare diligently. We will be working very hard when practice begins in August. You must come to camp in shape! You will find the fitness testing exercises listed within the following pages. We will test each participating Shepherd Hill student in running and lifting on Thursday and Friday August 20 th, 21 st at 8:00am (sharp). This pre-season football packet contains vital information for you regarding the school, athletic department, and football teams: rules, regulations, recommendations, and requirements. In an effort to keep you and your parents as well informed as possible, please read carefully the rules and expectations. There is also a check off sheet with due dates of required documents for your coordination. It is imperative that we have all required information in as soon as possible so that we may directly concentrate on football related issues upon the first day of practice (8/24/15). I will also be posting important team information on my website, christopherlindstrom.weebley.com. Please check this website regularly throughout the summer for any updates or changes. We will also be sending reminders and updates throughout the summer via HUDL so please make sure those accounts are up-to-date and checked often. It is imperative for the success of the team, and your personal success, that you are faithful to your running and lifting workouts at either the Shepherd Hill fitness room or on your own. If any questions arise regarding this pre-season packet or your workout schedule please contact me directly. Preseason Packet 2
