1 April 5, 2014 Kristi called meeting to order 2:05 p.m. Leonard Patton resigned from past officer position. Tracy nominated Lee Ann to fill past officer position. Tina seconded the motion. Motion carried. Discussed problems with missing money and envelopes. Tracy made a motion to remove a board member over this issue. Janet seconded the motion. Motion carried. will fill that position on the board. Summer season will run May 12 July 16. Roster deadline April 25, 2014 by midnight. Board will meet May 3 at Sir Speedy. Captains meeting will be May 10 at Broken Spoke at 3:00 pm. Voted for board and amendment for disqualifying nominees at payout meeting. Amendment passed. and received the most votes so they will serve two terms. New Board for : League Coordinator President Vice President Treasurer Secretary Past Officer - Member - Member - Member - Member - Member No treasurers report. Next board meeting will be Saturday, May 3, 2014 at 2:00 pm. at Sir Speedy.

2 May 3, 2014 Vickie called meeting to order 2:05 p.m. Divided teams for Summer. Scotch race to five. Mixed race to 13, no handicap. Summer Payouts will be July 26, 2014 at Fargos. 3:00 pm. Treasurer s report $1, Next board meeting will be Saturday, June 14, 2014 at 2:00 pm. at Sir Speedy. Lee Ann made a motion to adjourn. Vickie seconded the motion.

3 June 14, 2014 Kristi called meeting to order 2:010 p.m. Summer payouts July 26, 2014 at Fargos, 3:00 pm. Discussed starting Fall season. Have flyers and rosters ready by mid July. Deadline for Fall rosters will be August 8, 2014 by midnight. Board meeting to set teams will be August 9, 2014 at Sir Speedy, 2:00 pm. Fall captain s meeting September 7, Scotch begins September 8, 2014 Mixed begins September 10, None Board meeting Saturday, July 26, 2014 at 2:00 pm. at Fargos (before 3:00pm.). 4 July 26, 2014 Kristi called meeting to order 2:05 p.m. There was an incident involving mixed teams Bosco s/heath and J.R. s/gene. The players involved will be invited to the next board meeting. The board will hear both sides and decide how the issue will be handled. Fall captain s meeting Sunday, September 7, 2014 at 3:00 at Western Horseman Board will meet at 2:00 at Western Horseman before captain s meeting. 5 August 9, 2014 Kristi called meeting to order 2:05 p.m. Mixed teams Bosco s and J.R. s attended meeting to discuss the incident involving two players. Player A accused player B of cheating after the game was over. Player B said he should have called a foul at the time, not after the game. Player B said, player A made lewd comments causing her to retaliate by pouring beer on player A. It is decided that this type of behavior will not be tolerated. Both teams/captains will be issued a letter for this first offense. 7 October 18, 2014 Kristi called meeting to order 2:15 Mickey will post on web site that there are no time outs in mixed. $20, Lee Ann made a motion to accept treasurer s report. Tracy seconded the motion. Motion carried. Next board meeting Saturday, December 6, 2014 at 2:00 at Sir Speedy Tracy motioned to adjourn. Vickie seconded the motion.

8 December 6, 2014 Kristi called meeting to order 2:05 Visitors from Circus Room came to discuss issues over rescheduling, forfeiting, make up games. They claim they were forced to forfeit a match that was rescheduled and they had showed up for. They turned their money in, the other team did not. In another incident the same team said they were having problems rescheduling another match with a team they were having some issues with. They say they were told the other team had 6 weeks to make up the rescheduled match. The board told them that match would be scheduled as soon as possible and we would discuss the other issues with everyone else involved and get back to them. Mixed Circus Room/Cindy played players who were not on her roster and who had not been approved by the league coordinator. This team already had 8 players on their roster. Vickie told the players they could not play for Circus Room again or any other ALSEL team this season. Games will not count. Rumors/Billy came to the meeting to explain a teammate had accidentally dropped their envelope off in the 9 ball box at Bosco s causing it to be late. They were penalized games and points costing them the win. They think the rule should be changed. The board explained a rule cannot be changed midseason but we would discuss the issue with Vickie. $33, Next board meeting Saturday, January 17, 2015 at 2:00 at Sir Speedy Tina motioned to adjourn. 9 December 20, 2014 Kristi called meeting to order 2:05 Met with players involved in issues with Scotch Division 3. Explained, and discussed, the problems some teams were having. Made arrangements to get matches rescheduled and made up. Tracy agreed to go watch the make up match. Discussed the rule issue brought to the board by Billy Leach regarding penalties for late envelopes. Some players feel you should not be penalized games on a race to 13. The issue is, if you win, but have games taken, and both teams end up with less than 13 games, no one wins the match. Board agrees the rule cannot be changed in the middle of the season but will be reviewed for next season. None No treasurer s report was given. Next board meeting Saturday, January 17, 2015 at 2:00 at Sir Speedy Tracy motioned to adjourn. Debbie seconded the motion.

10 January 10, 2015 Kristi called meeting to order 2:05 Board meetings will be changed to 3:30 pm on Saturdays instead of the usual 2:00 time. This meeting Jan. 10th replaces the scheduled Jan. 17th meeting. Payouts are March 21, 2015 at 3:00 pm at Western Horseman. Board meeting before payouts March 21, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Western Horseman. Discussed a situation of an unpaid sanction fee(scotch). The player says the sanction fee was paid when she started week 6. Vickie and Mickey say it was not paid and they had both called her. Vickie took all their wins back to week 6. Question is to take all of the games back to week 6, or take the games back to November 28 th (when Vickie called her). Gene made a motion to only take the games played since November 28 th and pay the sanction fee again. Tracy seconded the motion. Motion carried. 10 in favor. 1 opposed.
