2 CONTINUING A DALLAS HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL TRADITION The 2nd Annual Cotton Bowl Stadium Prep Showcase is a two-day, fourgame high school football event featuring some of the Dallas-area's premier high school football programs. Featuring eight 6A football powers inside the historic Cotton Bowl Stadium, the 2nd Annual Cotton Bowl Stadium Prep Showcase will be held on Friday, September 8 and Saturday, September 9, This second-year DFW football tradition is expected to see 25,000 30,000 high school football fans ascend on Fair Park and the Cotton Bowl over the course of the two-day event. 3 HISTORIC COTTON BOWL STADIUM The reverence with which football fans view the historic Cotton Bowl Stadium is only matched by the pride and passion upon which Texas high school football fans shower their favorite teams. When the Friday night lights are flipped on, that fervency overflows throughout the small communities and large metropolises that dot the Texas landscape, and everywhere in between. On Friday, September 8, high school football returns to the iconic home of so much football glory as the 2 nd Annual Cotton Bowl Stadium Prep Showcase kicks off an exciting four-game event. Not only will the two-day football showcase usher in another frenzied fall of devotion and new season of intrigue and anticipation for high school football fans across Dallas and surrounding communities, but it will do so in the confines of the historic Cotton Bowl Stadium, a palace of rich football history that was once the home of the Dallas Cowboys, SMU Mustangs, the legendary Cotton Bowl bowl game, and the annual Red River Showdown, pitting the Texas Longhorns against the Oklahoma Sooners. It's no wonder why the 2 nd Annual Cotton Bowl Stadium Prep Showcase is filled with great anticipation from players, coaches, parents, and fans, as a new generation of Texas high school athletes have a chance to become immortalized alongside some of the greatest to have ever played the game. With vivid memories of past heroic feats swirling throughout the venerable coliseum, the 2 nd Annual Cotton Bowl Stadium Prep Showcase brings yet another new chapter to the unique lore of one of football's greatest landmarks.

4 COTTON BOWL STADIUM PREP SHOWCASE SCHEDULE The 2 nd Annual Cotton Bowl Stadium Prep Showcase will feature four games over two days, beginning on Friday, September 8. The game schedule for Friday and Saturday is as follows:

5 SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES The following sponsorship packages are available for the 2 nd Annual Cotton Bowl Stadium Prep Showcase. Any of the packages can be modified or adjusted to fit a sponsor s specific needs. Title Sponsor: $17,500 Naming rights and sponsor logo/branding incorporated into event name and logo (mutually agreed upon) Category exclusivity Inclusion in all public relations, marketing, and advertising associated with the event Two (2) 10 x10 booth spaces at each of the stadium entries on each day of the event (sponsor to provide staff, tables, chairs, etc.) Mobile activation team onsite inside stadium during each day of the event Distribution of promotional item or collateral upon ingress during each day of the event Prominent signage positions on field/sideline and at stadium entries, including four (4) 8 x3 banners on sideline walls (2 per side of stadium), and four (4) 8 x3 banners at gate entries (2 per entry) One (1) :30-second commercial spot to be played on the video board two (2) times per game; one pregame and one at halftime of each of the four (4) games Half-page ad and logo featured on roster card Static logo on video board during all four games Minimum of two (2) :15-second PA announcements per game Logo/link on website (cbsprepshowcase.com) 100 tickets for each event day (200 total) 6 VIP tickets to hospitality suite for each event day (12 total) First right of refusal for 2018 event
