2 In 2017 we became only the second club in our league s history to win three consecutive senior football premierships. In 2017 the Dingoes again stamped their authority on the Southern Football Netball League by claiming our third consecutive senior football premiership flag. Our reserves and U/19 sides, and all ten of our netball teams, played finals. For the fifth time we were also named the SFNL s champion club. Our remarkable story starts eight years ago with the appointment of 1990 Collingwood premiership hero Shane Morwood (a local Dingley resident) as our senior coach. That s when we set our goals to become the most respected, envied and successful community sporting club in metropolitan Melbourne. We are close to achieving this goal through hard work on and off the field. A major focus is the development of a positive culture that embraces our community and makes people from all walks of life feel welcome in our den. In order to excel and realise our vision in season 2018, the Dingoes are seeking the involvement of your company as a sponsor. As a community-focused club, we promote an inclusive environment and the values of a healthy lifestyle. We want to ensure that, as a sponsor, you are more than just a financial contributor. We ll do this by involving you as an active member of our club community and ensuring you see a return on your investment through increased business and a sense of belonging. Dingley Football Netball Club has a unique blend of senior and junior football, netball and a new women s football development squad. Our deep community involvement provides considerable scope for marketing opportunities; a scope most other sporting organisations with single sport options cannot match.

3 As a combined football/netball and junior club we consist of: 3 senior football teams 1 U/19 football team 8 senior netball teams 2 U/19 netball teams 13 junior football teams ranging from U/8s to U/17s 200 registered Auskickers How your sponsorship dollar helps us. We have over 680 registered players and 35 coaches! Our number one goal is to make grass root-level sport available to all families. We strive to help subsidise our senior players registration fees - and develop and motivate every player at every age level to reach their full potential as players and people. This philosophy helps keep us ahead of our neighbouring rivals. To help our senior team players best recover and prepare we provide them with expert trainers and up-to-date medical treatment and resources. We are a partner of consulting group SALT (Sport & Life Training). This group provides leadership and personal development programs to educate our players and coaches and help them become great role models - not just at our club but within the community. These programs touch on issues such as leadership, peer group pressure, drugs and alcohol and mental health issues. Like all clubs we keep our senior football teams competitive via player remuneration. Whilst we actively recruit, it s important to note that no less than 75% of our premiership players came up through our junior ranks. It s vitally important we continue to develop and cultivate our junior players in a safe and positive environment as they follow the pathway to senior football. We compete in the premier football and netball divisions, and we aim to stay there with primarily home grown talent.
