2 Introduction Wolverhampton Rugby Club was established in 1875 and today is located in Castlecroft Wolverhampton. There are 3 Senior sides and a Colts side that play on Saturday afternoon and over 500 young people in the Mini Junior section from 7 to 17 years of age playing on a Sunday morning. Club sponsorship is a vital part of the financial stability of the club to ensure that each year Rugby can continue to be played and to provide a vital link with our local community and our greater Rugby family. The club uses a range of fund raising events such as the Summer Ball, Ladies Day and Bonfire Night to provide essential club funding. New for 2010 will be our Sportsman's Dinner.

3 RFU Seal of Approval The club has just been accredited with the RFU Mini & Youth Seal of Approval. This is a three year accreditation that sets standards of performance for Mini Junior Rugby and club management as a whole. This has taken two years to complete and will need to be health checked every twelve months. We have produced a 5 year development plan in line with the Seal of Approval that details many changes that will soon take place within the club. The Plaque will be presented to the club in September.

4 Development Plan The club has now put in place a development plan that will take the club through until The IRB World Cup will take place in the UK and the club is positioning its self to take best advantage of this event. The development plan includes:- Appoint Senior / Colts Head Coach Create Weekend Duty Officer Role Re-Develop Club Shop and increase sales of Rugby clothing and equipment Install new training lights and improve training facilities Introduce Women's Rugby Group Plan Club Re-Development.

5 Club Website The new club website has just been launched and is the new information source for any information relating to WRUFC. This includes:- Club News and Events Senior, Mini and Junior Fixtures Team News and Match Reports Coach and Player Details Club Documents and Codes of Conduct Its not just a club website, its also a community for parents, players in fact anyone connected with the club is invited to become members

7 Website Sponsorship The new WRUFC Website allows us some new sponsorship opportunities that are flexible and cost effective. There are a three types of sponsorship packages available depending on the length and type of sponsorship required. Gold Silver Bronze A Website Sponsorship Package could cost from as little as 41 per month and provide a much more focussed approach to other print or media advertising.

9 Gold Sponsorship The WRUFC Gold Sponsor is seen as fundamental club sponsors and will be awarded on a yearly basis. Each Gold Sponsor will appear on the new WRUFC Website homepage with a Hyperlink to their company and will be rotated equally with other Gold Sponsors. You can tailor your message and change this as often as you wish within the 12 month period. In addition we will provide. Two free tickets to England Internationals Four free tickets to the WRUFC Summer Ball Four free tickets at WRUFC Sportsman Dinner new for 2010 Members Lounge Sponsorship Day including buffet lunch and drinks reception for your customers and guests.

10 Silver Sponsorship Silver Sponsorship is the intermediate level sponsorship available from the WRUFC Website. Each Silver Sponsor will appear on the right hand margin of all non team pages. A hyperlink will be made to the companies website. There are an unlimited number of Silver Sponsorship Pages available. Packages are available on a yearly or six monthly basis Yearly packages include:- Two free tickets to the WRUFC Summer Ball Two free tickets to the WRUFC Sportsman Dinner new for 2010 Sponsors Day Invitation Match Buffet Lunch for all WRUFC Sponsors

11 Bronze Sponsorship Bronze Sponsorship is the entry level sponsorship available from the WRUFC Website. Each Bronze Sponsor will appear only on the Club Sponsors pages. There will be hyperlink to the companies website. There are an unlimited number of Bronze Sponsorship Pages available. Packages are available on a yearly, six or three monthly basis Packages include:- Sponsors Day Invitation Match Buffet Lunch for all WRUFC Sponsors

13 Payment Options We have a number of payment options that can be used depending on your requirements. All sponsorship will be invoiced and can be paid in the following ways Outright by cheque or bank transfer Quarterly by Direct Debit, Cheque or Bank Transfer Monthly by Direct Debit, Cheque or Bank Transfer We will advise you by post 1 month before the end of your sponsorship period is about to end and if you wish to continue to sponsor the WRUFC Website.
