The Rapporteur of the dossier was Sweden, who has found the content of the Dossier as acceptable. In line with the European Biocidal Products Directive 98/8 EC and according to the Comission Directive 2009/92/EC, Bromadiolone, as a second generation anticoagulant has been included under Product Type 14. of Rodenticides in Annex I on July 31, BÁBOLNA BIO, has submitted complete Annex II B product dossiers for the 7 rodenticide bait formulations below. Our Member State partners plus Turkey have been covered by a huge number of R4BPs, therefore continuation of marketing and sales of these formulation has been granted.
