The results can be viewed at com. In past years, successful waterfowl applicants have always received a Notice of Intent with which they declare their intention to hunt their assigned blind pool. TWRA is implementing an electronic method for the first time this year to successful applicants with an address associated with their TWRA license account. In order to participate in the awarded waterfowl hunt, applicants must first submit an electronic Notice of Intent (NOI) by the designated deadline to the specific area. Applicants will have to navigate to QuotaHunt.GoOutdoorsTennessee.com and log into their customer profile. They will see a "Complete Form" button next to the Waterfowl Blind Reservation Quota Hunt Award. If participants do not confirm their hunt by the deadline date, ther reservation will be cancelled. After submitting the NOI, participants are reminded to print their awarded Quota Hunt Permit documents. This is the permit needed to hunt. For information on obtaining NOI deadlines, detailed maps, GPS coordinates, and rules and regulations for the hunt, visit The WMAs that had a computerized drawing for waterfowl hunts were Bogota, Gooch Unit E, White Oak-Lebanon Pond, Meeman-Shelby Forest, Thorny Cypress in West Tennessee and Candies Creek, Johnson Bottoms, Rogers Creek, and Yellow Creek units on Chickamauga WMA in East Tennessee.
