21 WHAT...??? A system that adopt a system of record of vessel in Regional Fisheries Management Organization (RFMOs = IOTC, CCSBT, WCPFC) A system to upload and update number of fishing vessels by gear on real time. A system can be accessed on-line by national and international public.

Case study experiment: Export delays to Japan To implement traceability in fishing of tuna, skipjack and neritic tuna To support combating IUU Fishing To conduct management practice of tuna, skipjack and neritic tuna by resolution and conservation management measures that adopted by RFMOs To know number of authorized fishing vessels by near real time. Transparency in management of tuna, skipjack and neritic tuna within archipelagic and territorial water. To control fishing capacity in term of catch that close to reference point. To ensure tuna, skipjack and neritic tuna comply to traceability principle, so it can be accepted in export markets.
