7 RECOMMANDATIONS ; I. To enable the best possible angling conditions, the organizing committee has taken the following decisions as far as the training is concerned: a. Exeption for the official days of training, fishing is prohibited on the 2 banks of the canal from Monday 15 August 2017, between the elevator of Ronquières and the end of TOTAL Research & Technology of Feluy, b. Training will be possible on the venue from Monday 4 September until Friday 8 September 2017 included; c. During trainings, heavy baiting will only be authorized every day from 09:50 to 10:00 am, a signal will be given by the organisation d. Baits limits MAX 2 ½ liters included : MAX ½ liter worms and MAX 1 litre aquatic larvae included ¼ litre MAX bloodworms; e. Bloodworm for the hook must be presented in the official box. f. Ground bait limits MAX 20 litres ; g. Obligatory training the Friday. II. Fishing venue a. The canal Brussels-Charleroi has concrete banks, the maximum depth is of more or less 5 m. Is 80 m width and there is navigation, industrial and pleasure boats. b. The most widespread fish species are bream (300 to 1500)gr. roach (50 to 350 gr.) perch, crucian and carp.

8 III. Training conditions on the fishing venue before 15 août 2017: Warning: A lot of control takes place and the fishing license is mandatory. It is available on the webside or in any post office in the Walloon region. In case of control, the equipment of the fisherman who fish without license will be confiscated by the guards. Training before 15 August: the fish species in the keep net, need to have the legal measure (information are provided with the fishing license). During the championship and the trainings it is forbidden to drive on the banks of the canal. There is a parallel road below, along the canal bank where the vehicles must park. IV.
