Rainy River - includes from Wheeler s Point upstream to Fort Frances Dam. Note: Reduced possession limits and size restrictions from March 1 to April 14 (see page 26 for more information). Winnipeg River System* - from outflow of of the Woods to the Manitoba Border. All other waters of FMZ 5 including of the Woods**. S - 1 and C - 1. ( in.) OR greater than 70 cm (27.6 in.).
