Note: If a vessel is required for the fishery, the designated vessel must be licensed for 2018 in order for the permit card to be issued. You must have held IFQs in 2017 and your 2017 landings must have been 8,000 pounds or less of halibut (standardized weight), 9,000 pounds or less of sablefish (round weight). If you did not deliver halibut or sablefish in 2017, you must submit a copy of your IFQ permit showing the total pounds you hold.
